Non so quale sia la macchina nell'hotel, è molto rumorosa. Ha ronzato tutta la notte. Nessuno ha risposto al telefono nel cuore della notte e nessuno è venuto a trovarla. Tuttavia, la governante di Ctrip è stata molto bravo e si è adoperato attivamente per coordinare il problema. Mi sono trovato davvero a mio agio con Ctrip quando sono stato all'estero. La piscina dell'hotel fantastica, ha compensato le carenze del servizio

La stanza è troppo piccola.

The beds and rooms at this 5-star hotel are just different—so comfortable. The hotel is located near NU Sentral, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. Public transportation is also very accessible. The hotel breakfast is excellent as well.

The breakfast was an upset. Not much varieties. The juice selections were diluted and those smoothies, fruits and yogurt were not fresh too. My pillow still got long hair once I arrived, the lightbulb in the room was blinking too. Bathroom was slippery, maybe the previous guest shower and the housekeeper never wash the floor properly. The electrical outlet was with a noise which was very so annoying. Buzzing sound My room door was out of battery during my stay too which I was not be able to enter my room. My room key can even access to wrong floor which leads me to another floor. On a good side, the room service satay was good. Bed and blanket are comfortable. Front desk staff are welcoming, greet every time we passed by.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur. The location is excellent, conveniently situated within KL Sentral, making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and soft pillows that made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious and plentiful, with a wide variety of international dishes to choose from. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Complimentary coffee and staff were are friendly and greet all guests with a smile.

2 night stay, received free welcome drink & a cup of free coffee daily. Nice!

The hotel is in most probably the best location as very central just opposite KL Sentral station, with a mall walkable from the hotel, linked and sheltered all the way make this hotel so convenient! It is also spacious, clean and comfortable I will definitely choose this hotel again for next visit!🩷🩷🩷

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just next to train station. The swimming pool is great. Generally nice place to stay .

We had a fantastic stay at Le Meridien. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we were well taken care of. Room service was quick and reliable, which made things so convenient. The room and the hotel had a stylish, modern design that added to the overall comfort. One of the best things about the location is that it’s directly connected to KL Sentral, making it super easy to get around by train. The only downside is that there isn’t much within walking distance apart from the Nu Sentral Shopping Mall. Still, the convenience of the train access and the excellent service at the hotel more than made up for it. We will definitely stay here again.

For a business trip, the overall stay experience is okay. The hygiene of the room is okay, the surrounding area is also very convenient, overall it's okay.

Stayed for one night, bed was big and comfortable. The hotel is next to Hilton and they share the pool and gym.

Perfect location, good service and nice Gym/pool. The hotel restaurant also has great food served.
