Non so quale sia la macchina nell'hotel, è molto rumorosa. Ha ronzato tutta la notte. Nessuno ha risposto al telefono nel cuore della notte e nessuno è venuto a trovarla. Tuttavia, la governante di Ctrip è stata molto bravo e si è adoperato attivamente per coordinare il problema. Mi sono trovato davvero a mio agio con Ctrip quando sono stato all'estero. La piscina dell'hotel fantastica, ha compensato le carenze del servizio

La stanza è troppo piccola.

Stayed at a king room for a night inclusive of breakfast. Breakfast was yummy with plenty of freshly prepared local options such as nasi lemak and tosai. Service staff were very kind and friendly.

Another great stay at Le Meridien KL. Very conveniently situated near the mall and rail to airport. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Thanks for the lovely gifts in the room as well!

I love everything about this hotel, but what I wanted to highlight the most is how well the staff were trained. From reception to restaurant all staff are so friendly. Felt so welcomed here. Plus point when you are a marriot bonvoy member, so many complimentary drinks n ice cream were given. Stayed in the neighbor hotel Hilton before but I just love Le Meridien more. Will definitely stay here again Not to forget, the swimming pool opened until 11pm

Very good first impression by the very eager customer service manager at check in. I felt that they really valued me, or other customers when there was someone who was eager to be of service (vs other 5* hotels in KL, where I had not been greeted like this). The room felt new or recently-renovated, bathroom especially. It felt modern.

Strategic location. Breakfast has a wide variety of cuisines. The bed was comfortable and complimentary coffee vouchers were given during check in. Will revisit again because of its convenience.

Excellent location in the heart of the city, we'll connected to many tourists locations. The hotel staff were all very friendly and made a difference to the stay.

Good service from front desk until room service.. the room was nice & had a great in room dining served! Great staffs!
