Cattivo. Proprio male. Lasciatemi essere sincero, non ho mai scritto alcuna recensione prima e questa è la mia prima volta. Nonostante avessimo soggiornato in così tanti hotel prima. Ma devo dirlo alla gente. E si spera che anche la direzione di Melia legga questo e migliori. Vado sempre in vacanza a Kuala Lumpur e Selangor, non sono mai stato qui prima quindi volevo provare qualcosa di nuovo. Ma il Melia è stato il primo hotel a 4 stelle e mi sono chiesto perché gli fossero state assegnate 4 stelle. La posizione è ottima poiché è nel cuore di Kuala Lumpur. Ma… lasciatemi fare solo un elenco: 1) il parcheggio era semplicemente... terribile. Il parcheggio nel seminterrato era molto limitato e lo spazio era piccolo. Immagina di tornare dalla cena e non c'erano più parcheggi e di dover parcheggiare ai lati della strada (che è già piccola tanto per cominciare) sperando che nessuno graffi la tua macchina. E hai pagato RM8 per quello, per ogni ingresso. 2) potevo letteralmente sentire ogni parola pronunciata dalle persone che stavano nella porta accanto. Ogni suono. Qualunque cosa. È stato molto scomodo. E potevo sentire alcuni bambini che correvano da Dio sa quale stanza/piano superiore. Questo dovrebbe essere un hotel a 4 stelle. Perché sembra che tutto sia sottile come un cartone? 3) Oltre al punto numero 2, mentre stavo camminando lungo il corridoio dopo aver fatto colazione verso la mia stanza, ho sentito *rullo di tamburi* qualcuno che sputava (hai presente quando le persone emettevano un forte suono di sputo dopo essersi lavate i denti). Sì, quello. E ho pensato che fosse tutto. Ho fatto le valigie e ho fatto il check-out immediatamente. Alle 8:30. Non ho mai fatto il check-out anticipato da un soggiorno prima. E non tornerò mai più. 4) Quando pensavo che fosse tutto, finalmente torno a casa. No. Ho visto una pozza di vomito, davanti all'ascensore del livello -2 (parcheggio sotterraneo). È stato allora che ho capito che dovevo scrivere questa recensione.

I love staying in this hotel. It is located in front of BTS and Lalaport and very near to Rapid KL so it is very convenient. The breakfast they provide also very excellent. The staff is very friendly. This is my second time staying here and will be back again next.

Nice hotel centrally located, very close to access all the main hotspots of the city.

Great location. Just opposite Berjaya Times Square and within walking distance to Bukit Bintang. Checking in was breeze. Room 908 faces Berjaya Times Square and is spacious and clean. Only downside is the small tv.

Melia review I was so delighted when I was told by the receptionist that I was given 2 days complimentry breakfast(with a chop on my access key card folder) I wondered was it cuase of my request that I was celebrating my 30yrs anni to have a king size bed.On the day when I sat on my table at Kitchen lounge, was told by staff that the “trainee staff” that chop the complimentary message made a mistake.I just wondering that a new staff can make such a simple mistake w/o consulting her manager during check-In on the final. To cut story short, I just felt the way hotel staff handed guests were not exceptionally proffessional and with a heart.Being in counter facing oriented staff, they need the human & skill with empathy in their dealings.

Not too bad, it’s walking distance to pavilion approx 10-15 minutes. Right in front of Berjaya Times Square. Will consider staying again if future. Thanks

Melia KL’s big draw is certainly its location. It is opposite Berjaya Times Square and the monorail station right in front of the hotel. The hotel may look outdated from outside but the rooms are maintained well. We stayed at the Level and the service of the lounge staff were very impressive. However, apart from these staff and the housekeepers, the rest of the staff may need to go back to training including those at the front desk. If you want a hotel at the Golden Triangle and decent room, go for this! But make sure you tolerate the not-so-friendly staff while you stay there.

Great location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Check-in was a breeze and staff are warm and friendly. Room is clean and beds are soft. A nice place to stay while in KL.

We stayed 4D3N at Melia Hotel. We’ve been here afew times and our stays had always been awesome. No complain. The breakfast spread was good. The hotel location is very convenient. The family room was super spacious with 2 connecting room king & queen bed. The room was clean. The housekeeping & the staffs were friendly as well.

I feel a bit older than the photos. Everything is good and smooth. Nothing to complain about. Check In smooth and fast. The location is very strategic.

The best hotel i stayed in KL so far. Everything was jut perfect, from room until service. Abit pricey but its worth it.

Hotel is near to Monorail Imbi. Easy access to Jalan Alor, Pavilion, Time Square Mall and other. It is situated in the middle of tourist spot. Hotel room is great and comfortable. Shower is awesome.
