Bad. Just bad. Let me be honest, i never write any review before and this is my first time. Despite staying in so many hotels before. But i need to tell people about this. And hopefully Melia’s management will read this too and improve. I always go for staycation around KL and Selangor, i never stayed here before so i wanted to try something new. But Melia was the first 4-star hotel that made me questioned why it was given 4 stars in the first place. Location wise is great since it’s in the heart of KL. But… let me just make a list: 1) parking was just.. terrible. The basement parking was very limited, and the space was small. Just imagine you came back from dinner and there was no parkings left and you had to park at the sides of the way (which is already small to begin with) hoping that no one will scratch your car. And you paid rm8 for that, per entry. 2) i could literally hear every word spoken by the people who stayed next door. Every sound. Everything. It was very uncomfortable. And i could hear some kids running from God knows which room/upper floor. This is supposed to be 4 stars hotel. Why does it feels like everything is cardboard thin? 3) In addition to point number 2, when i was walking down the hallway after breakfast towards my room, i heard *drumroll* someone spitting (you know when people made the loud spitting sound after brushing their teeth). Yes, that. And i thought that’s it. I packed my stuff and checked out immediately. At 8.30am. I never checked out early from a staycation before. And i will never come back again. 4) When i thought that was it, i am finally heading back home. Nope. I saw a pool of vomit, in front of level -2 lift (basement parking). That was when i knew, i need to write this review.

I feel a bit older than the photos. Everything is good and smooth. Nothing to complain about. Check In smooth and fast. The location is very strategic.

The best hotel i stayed in KL so far. Everything was jut perfect, from room until service. Abit pricey but its worth it.

This hotel is very strategy at bukit bintang & lrt got a shop to eat . I had come back 6 time

Very convenient location.Near the very nice cheese cake at Lot 10. The only bad is ask for early check in but got charge. Because of the room didn’t put the face towel And ask for face towel didn’t give.

Room is dusty especially table and lamp. The toilet has stain everywhere, which can be seen at the sink, toilet bowl, and hand shower. Bedsheet has stain as well. The mattress is saggy and not comfortable to sleep on. The light is too dim. The room has bad soundproof, which I can hear all the noises from outside and next door, couldn’t get real sleep whole night. The hotel does not provide free parking, parking per entry is RM8. The car park entrance is really narrow, really need good driving skills, not recommend driving big size car. The light at the car park also quite dim, advise girls to be careful when walking alone inside the building. There is monorail station right in front of the hotel, use the monorail instead. The front desk staff does not introduce the facilities of the hotel or greet guests, hospitality is not as good as other same star hotel. The location is strategic, walking distance to Lot 10, Pavilion, Berjaya Times Square, Low Yat.

Nice comfortable bed, room is spacious, very value for money. monorail juat stone throw away - great access from KL Sentral station. Walking distance to Alor street.. Coach/bus station just accross the street... Will return to stay on my next KL trip

Cleanliness and location are good. Breakfast is normal and service from egg station lady staff was bad.
