I’ve always wanted to stay at this hotel, but I was hesitant due to my previous experience at Amari JB, especially with the toilet cleanliness. However, Amari Kuala Lumpur didn’t disappoint—I was truly impressed with both the cleanliness and the location. The breakfast was just average; for sahur, the first day was a letdown, while the second day was acceptable. The only downside was the parking—you have to drive up to level 5. You have to pay for the parking. Im still confuse whether its rm5 per stay or per day. I got a good rate by book trough Trip instead of directly with Amari. I’ll definitely be back.

The location was easy to find. The reception area was really nice same goes to the drink provided at that area. The hotel staff are really friendly and attentive. I've accidentally wrongly ordered a cake delivery ahead of time, before I managed to return to the hotel, made a call to the reception about this, it was so kind of them, they helped me to keep it in their refrigerator. And upon booking, we mentioned that it was for Valentine's celebration, they prepared a really nice setting and a complimentary cake for us too. Thank you so much for this. It was a great stay, apart from us forgetting to put on the do not disturb sign, which the hotel room cleaning team buzz on the door bell twice at around 9am till we woke up. But will definitely recommend it to others. Yea, the parking is at level 5, but unlike apartments' parking level, each level only requires one turn, so to us, it was okay.

It's our 1st time to stay in this Hotel even though we used to stay in Amari Watergate but now it's just called Amari Bangkok whenever we went to Bangkok, Thailand. A very quiet hotel in a peaceful location maybe it's a weekend! Still a very new & very nice hotel. Nice and very clean room we had at 15th Floor, 1509! Great breakfast with good spread, delicious foods & friendly staff. Nice swimming pool though we didn't swim! Very Happy to come back again for our weekend staycation to this hotel as it's just a walking distance to Garden & MidValleyMall and to LRT Station, Abdullah Hukum. Somehow, whenever I switched on the TV, it greeted me with a wrong name maybe the previous customer! Luckily, it's a man's name, otherwise my wife maybe suspicious😂😂😂!

Very good hotel. New, comfortable bed. Walking distance to the Mall! Good room service! Food was good! Breakfast was good too! Delivered superb value to their guests!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally polite and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

I stay with my husband on 30/1-1/2 with full breakfast of two days. I really enjoy because the food is tasty and so good! Oh btw we also ask the receptionist to deco in our room. FOC only! Thankyou so much to the staff Belle, Arafat and Nina! 🥰😍

New and Clean Hotel, good service, polite and friendly hotel staff Nice Location, in between Abdullah Hukum LRT Station & The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Mall Nice breakfast with a lot variety of food And great surprise for the birthday deco and cake, overall everything is nice and value for money, will stay here again on next visit to KL

The staff were all really helpful right from check in to breakfast. One particular incident gave me a great impression. The breakfast spread is wonderful, but on the day I was there they didn’t have Bircher muesli or any kind of muesli out. I asked a chef and he said he could get me a portion specially. I said not to bother, but 10 mins later he came to my table with an excellent bowl full. I would also recommend the Nasi Lemak station which had the most tasty Ayam Goreng Berempah. The hotel is not right near the central attractions but is conveniently connected to them via the MRT, which is less than 5 mins walk away.

Location is good, close to KTM &LRT. walking distance to Mid valley and garden . Nice Breakfast Downside The building is too close , and we have to close the curtain all day.

Stayed at Amari for our anniversary, and it was such a memorable experience! From the moment we walked into the hotel, I was impressed by the lovely scent in the lobby—it smelled so good! The location of Amari is unbeatable. With a link bridge connecting to The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley, getting around was so convenient. There’s also easy LRT access to KLCC, and just a minute’s walk to 7-Eleven and Boost. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though I’ll definitely book a king-size bed next time—queen size felt a bit cramped for two. A big shoutout to Wawa for the warm hospitality and the beautiful decoration in our room, which made our anniversary even more special. The rain shower was great, with strong water pressure, and the soundproofing in the room was excellent—we couldn’t hear any noise from outside. I also really liked the side table lamp; it added a nice cozy touch to the room. Breakfast was another highlight. They had a wide selection of dishes—western, Chinese, and Indian options—and they kept replenishing the food regularly. Everything tasted great! I particularly enjoyed the congee, egg station, salad bar, pastries, pancakes, and roti canai. The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful, always ensuring that guests had what they needed, which made the experience even better. The gym room was small but had everything I needed for my daily workouts. Overall, it was such a great stay. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Super convenient location, overhead bridge connection to mid valley. Bought club access room so that I can enjoy lounge everyday. Free flow of coffee and fruit juice and evening snack and cocktail. The room is also very comfortable and clean.they even provide birthday cake for my birthday.

Overall, a great hotel with a clean and well-equipped room, delicious breakfast with a wide variety of local and Western options, and 15 min drive to KL’s city centre! Our stay got a little marred on the last night when we returned to our room and found that the drinking water dispenser was spoiled. This caused the sink to leak at the bottom. Although we were provided with bottled water, we would’ve appreciated a note from the staff instead of discovering the problem ourselves.
