Generally enjoy our staycation in club room. The staff made effort to decor our room for our birthday celebration. The lounge service and drinks offerings are good. Love their green apple juices. Reasonable finger food for the evening. Check in - this area can be improved. Our room is delayed for nearly an hour after 3pm. There is dedicated checkin for club booking users, but the overall experience can be elevated with more attentive services such as offering welcome drinks, allowing us to wait at the lounge for a drink while waiting before we ask ourselves.

Generally we enjoyed our stay in Amari KL. The staff try their best to ensure our staycation is a pleasant one with a slight delayed in our check-in. Thanks Anty or Arty (Amari) host for decorating our room with a hand drawn BD card. The lounge services was very good with the attending staff constantly check on us on our drinks and clearing the table. Love their cappuccino, green apple and watermelon juices.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Convenient location, just beside train station. Bed is confortable.

Nice to revisit the same hotel again , service crews remain their good smiling face with every guest. And this time, we received free complimentary drinks (between 10am to 10pm) as well as cocktails drinks (between 5pm to 7.30pm if you visited their G level bar counter. My family like this hotel very much, and definitely will come back again if we stay in mid valley sightseeing.

Clean and well styled room. The room is great and big, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good and convenient, as it is just a few min walk to The Garden and Midvalley malls. There is also a modern style lounge on the same floor with reception (ground floor), which serves cakes, beer and wine, tea and coffee (last order 10:30pm).Thanks for an amazing stay!

One of the best accommodations around MV. Highly recommended

It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel staff decorated our bed and even gave us a box of chocolates. The room was spacious and clean. Very serene to stay in the hotel. Breakfast was awesome. Good variety of food though the roti canai can be improved. We ordered room service for dinner in the second night. Had a little of confusion. The staff that send our food told us to pay by cash even though we already inform the front desk staff that we are paying by the deposit. Well... we had to pay by cash. The hotel is quite near to LRT station Abdullah Hukum (a walking distance). And it was just a station away to KL Sentral. We alight at KL Sentral and took the KLIA Express to airport. Going around is quite a breeze as we travel via the LRT and MRT. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

The Amari Kuala Lumpur has a very strategic location and very convenient for traveller as well, all is walking distance especially it connected to Midvalley Mega Mall. The tranin station is at the door step. Super good deal with the room rate.

Breakfast is very delicious ,and foods is very sumptuous，，especaily omelette is very good.i like this hotel,next time to Kuala Lumpur ,i will be order the amari hotel
