My stay at Amari Kuala Lumpur was truly memorable, thanks in large part to their outstanding hospitality. Celebrating both a birthday and an anniversary, we were delighted by the thoughtful surprises arranged by the hotel. The special cake they provided was not only beautifully presented but also delicious. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. My skin is sensitive to dust, and they really clean up the room above standard! Overall, Amari KL made our special occasions even more unforgettable.

Stayed on 26 May 2024 (room number 406) to celebrate my belated birthday.
Checked in was smooth and the room was clean with full room amenities especially 2 bath robes provided for all types of room. l prefer the brand Breeze Spa's toiletries as Amari has changed them to unknown local brand.
l wish to thank and express my gratitude to front desk manager, Mr Nizam for accommodating my request for twin beds room as my original booking was king bed. Due to last minute arrangement, l came with my friend instead of my partner. l made the booking on 2 February 2024 and non-refundable booking.
Unlike the reservation staff, Ms Daisy who was heartless and no empathy as she didn't bother to know the reason of my stay and change of bed type. She kept on emphasizing it was chargeable RM50+.
So, if you want to celebrate any special occasion and think this hotel will give you something special, better think twice ya.

Breakfast buffet was tasty with a decent selection. Swimming pool looked nice. Gym facilities well maintained.

Generally enjoy our staycation in club room. The staff made effort to decor our room for our birthday celebration.
The lounge service and drinks offerings are good. Love their green apple juices. Reasonable finger food for the evening.
Check in - this area can be improved. Our room is delayed for nearly an hour after 3pm. There is dedicated checkin for club booking users, but the overall experience can be elevated with more attentive services such as offering welcome drinks, allowing us to wait at the lounge for a drink while waiting before we ask ourselves.

Generally we enjoyed our stay in Amari KL. The staff try their best to ensure our staycation is a pleasant one with a slight delayed in our check-in.
Thanks Anty or Arty (Amari) host for decorating our room with a hand drawn BD card.
The lounge services was very good with the attending staff constantly check on us on our drinks and clearing the table. Love their cappuccino, green apple and watermelon juices.

Nice to revisit the same hotel again , service crews remain their good smiling face with every guest. And this time, we received free complimentary drinks (between 10am to 10pm) as well as cocktails drinks (between 5pm to 7.30pm if you visited their G level bar counter. My family like this hotel very much, and definitely will come back again if we stay in mid valley sightseeing.

Clean and well styled room.
The room is great and big, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is good and convenient, as it is just a few min walk to The Garden and Midvalley malls. There is also a modern style lounge on the same floor with reception (ground floor), which serves cakes, beer and wine, tea and coffee (last order 10:30pm).Thanks for an amazing stay!
