Nel complesso il mio soggiorno in questo appartamento ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative minime, in termini di posizione e strutture, ne sono abbastanza soddisfatto. In termini di servizio sono deluso. Ho aspettato più di un'ora per fare il check-in nella mia stanza. La persona incaricata ha incassato un deposito di 200 RM il primo giorno del mio soggiorno, ma non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso. Spero che la persona incaricata effettui presto il rimborso.

Very Bad experience.. I booked 4 night .. upon arrival ard 8 plus pm immediately i face check in issue as they do not do self check in we have to meet the worker to collect our key . After key collected we walk in the wrong unit that why we found out both unit share the same password and we inform person in charge they insist next morning they will arrange to change my unit password so meaning i cannot go anyway after check in and my family havent had they dinner cos if any missing item they cannot bear any responsibility. Tower A Room A-53-3 & A-53-3A both unit door share same password. And to my horrible there are cockroach in bedroom wall and again i inform the person .. they immediately send people come up and spray pesticide the whole house the smell of this pesticide fill the unit i told the person how can this solve my problem i got kid travelling with me how am I and my family going to rest with these strong smell and isn't after spraying all cockroach going to run wherever 😡😡😡 So i got no choice but to check out and I feedback to trip.com end up i only get refund $160 cos hotel insist reject my refund as i already check in total I pay $274.15😭😭😭😭 So guy if you wan to book this Airbnb with them think triple .. security is never a joking matter when travelling oversea .

I booked and paid at this hotel. But when checking in them, they moved my family to another hotel. Poor quality and no satisfactory explanation and also do not reduce the cost for me.

I am writing to you to convey the terrible experience we had at this stay. It is a wretched place that you own with cockroach infestations all over. They have an absolutely ridiculous team of service providers who are least bothered by the state of the apartment. The bedding is soiled with God knows whose fluids on it, the flooring is stained and sticky and the walls are scrapped. Had I paid a meagre amount I would have understood the state of affairs of the room but you seem to be greedy about the lump sum money that customers pay you only to provide a deeply disturbing experience including sleeping with the bed bugs and dining with the cockroaches. As a host you seemed to be least concerned about the guests well-being and your state of living is highly questionable. A sum of 457 RM and a security deposit 200 RM is a complete waste of my expenses and the health costs of two elders and a kid are even further worse. I was travelling with a patient who only deteriorated in health upon staying at your accommodation. I demand you to not sit on your privileged **** while putting customers through a crisis and feeding on their money inst I'mead taking alms should do you more good for the poorly maintained and extremely negligent stay. Your bathrooms and room corners have mould infestations and they smell of phlegm! . Further your promises of a pool view is a total scam There are a couple of videos of cockroaches and bed bugs quite a lot of it it's totally infested .I am not able to add videos here . So pls dont waste ur money Housekeeping is very rude Infront the kids they use vulguar words upon asking if they can come and clean After so much of talking still they never bothered to come and clean worst place to go in.
