Accessibility to the shopping mall was the biggest plus. The room was great except for the nymph🪳. Pest control should be done thoroughly and frequently. Service was great.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, which made for a comfortable experience. The location is excellent—convenient for shopping and close to everything I needed. Great and fuss free hotel stay smack at the perfect central location in KL - Selangor. Annexed to Midvalley megamall - so convenient. Parking is at RM5 per entry

The room is too small and the pillow is too hard. The most disgusting thing is the water in the shower room is blocked so disappointed.

No plastic bottles of water anymore. Just a flask to fill up water from dispenser at lift lobby. Rooms are tiny as before, OK for short trip non fuss single travelers.
