L'hotel è molto ben posizionato, RM10 da Sentral dopo aver preso il KL express per RM55 dall'aeroporto, il viaggio è stato sorprendentemente veloce 28 minuti. La suite era pulita con una bella vista sulla città, abbastanza illuminazione, aria condizionata e ventilatori in ogni stanza, cucina completamente funzionale con posate. L'unico suggerimento che ho è di usare il balsamo insieme allo shampoo😅 e pantofole più robuste in omaggio

3 room 1 bathroom. 3room not the true room. Is comparten. living room n 2 room use share 1 air cond.

We stay here for 3nights. We had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Make us feel like home. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and others attractions. The host was friendly and responsive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Smooth check in progress . Anyway , the hygiene and room decoration could be improved.  20 minutes walking distance to Lot 10. Not really near but with this price , can be acceptable .

The bathroom and toilet area got cockroaches. The room space is wide. Nearby only have mini mart. Beside got a GBM building. Some fast food restaurants. Th Check in counter the lady staff is very friendly and polite. Will try their 2 bedroom suites next time.

First, the photos on the website were completely misleading. The actual room looked nothing like the pictures. When I brought this up with the staff, they simply claimed the photos were “just for reference.” This felt deceptive and unprofessional. The room itself was far from satisfactory. The toilet had a persistent, unpleasant smell that made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation. It’s unacceptable to mislead guests with inaccurate photos and offer such poor room conditions.

Excellent stay; clean, reception is good , rooms are spacious

Last minutes inform now tower , even on the spot provide back but the towel also not clean , some more bed also no clean as well , photo on website also not same as provide , dun use tng for paying deposit they need 7 days for refund .

Location was good and convenient. The things is toilet have smell but call the staff they settle immediately. Aircond need do some service

The area nearby famiy mart, 7 eleven and mamak restaurant which easy to find food at night.The room is good and big space

not really good service for this. On 11 Sep 11pm mistaken booked wrong date which checkin time is sep 11. When i found i booked wrong date, I promptly reached out to both the hotel and the trip customer service within the hour of the booking. They refused me to modify the date . I simply asked to change the date, not even for a refund, but it's still not allowed. I’ll just have to forfeit the money.
