Front desk staff Moris Service is damn rude Keep challenge customer and collect the money is not reasonable. I hope hotel Manager call back me for this issue.

Hotel very clean and nice i love to stay at this hotel is my second time staying there the location is very convenient there is lots of food (restaurants) there.

Stayed only one night, but was able to discover the neighborhood and the location is good and different types foods available. I personally ate Korean food.

不明白為什麼一個差評都沒有，提前到了一點，因為英文不好沒聽懂，旁邊的華人工作人員一臉嫌棄的“提醒”我們是要兩點才能入住，如果這麼不耐煩，我們可以和前台翻譯交流，不需要你的幫助！來馬來西亞這麼多次了，唯一遇到這樣一個華人，打破之前這麼多幫助我的友好華人的完美濾鏡！辦完以後進去房間，衞生一言難盡，枕頭上還有很多之前住客的短頭髮！衞生差到帶着孩子穿長衣長褲睡一夜，詢問攜程後説不能退第二天的，那就直接不住了，第二天直接重新定了酒店離開！（備註：衹遇到一個工作人員態度差，其他還行）
