Holiday Inn Express Kuala Lumpur City Centre, an IHG Hotel

Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno all'Holiday Inn. Il loro servizio è eccezionale. Il personale pulirà la stanza ogni giorno senza dirglielo e la colazione a buffet è ottima. La posizione è accessibile, a pochi passi dal Good Timing Market Village, dove di notte puoi gustare cibi tailandesi e malesi, dal Pavillion Mall, dalla stazione MRT e molti altri posti interessanti. Prenoteremo sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel.

La camera era pulita e ordinata. La posizione non è male in quanto è vicino ai centri commerciali, ma il clima soffocante rende scomodo anche fare una passeggiata di 10 minuti. Il menu della colazione era lo stesso ogni giorno durante il mio soggiorno. C'era una giovane receptionist che era un po' scortese quando mi ha chiesto un feedback durante la colazione. E quando ho fatto il check-out, avevo un bagaglio da tenere al sicuro, ma lei ha insistito per etichettare la mia borsa dopo che avessi lasciato la stanza perché c'era qualcuno che aspettava dietro di me. Ho documenti importanti e oggetti di valore nel mio bagaglio e non vorrei rischiare di perderli o di smarrirli con altri. Dovrebbe essere fornita una migliore formazione sul servizio clienti per migliorare.

Tutto bene. Il letto era buono, anche la pulizia eccellente, molto consigliato a tutti. Solo il cibo così così.

The hotel seem abit old, breakdast is ok but was repeated everyday with the dishes. Amenties was short of pool and near to night market. The only downside is that the room isolation might be quite bad, you can hear the lift moving sound throughout days and night though small. I dont think i will be back except the location

I had incredible stays at this hotel. For the service itself, I was satisfied the most! The staff members were friendly, and they helped me a lot whenever I had something to worry about. In particular, they told me everything about the cleaning service in detail as I asked for it. In addition, the room was spacious and really comfortable to stay in without any jokes. You've got a cozy environment; it made me feel relaxed after getting back from a long hour of sightseeing! The fact that two bottles of water were served every day and some power outlets, which charge your phone and power bank, made me happy! Of course, its location is perfect! It's close to the central part of Kuala Lumpur. On the other hand, there's one thing this hotel needs fixing. It is the system of clearing up the table when eating breakfast. Guests sit at whatever table they like and are supposed to leave the dishes on the table after eating. The employees are walking around and clearing up the table when they see and think that that table is okay to clear up the dishes and clean. There is something wrong with it. I was having breakfast and tried to have something to drink with a couple of dishes left on the table, which I thought of eating after getting the drink. As I got back from the beverage corner, the employee was clearing up my table... I tried to eat the dishes I had left, but my meals were cleared up. And I saw something like that at another table. I think that it is a waste of food. Here's the solution to it in order to avoid that situation. Each table or person has a tag saying "using or don't clear up the table". When people finish eating and are ready to leave, they let it stand on the table, which helps the employees identify whether that table is okay to be cleaned. If guests want their dishes to be cleared but want to have more, they ask employees for clearing up. This system is great, I think. I hope this system will be discussed and introduced sooner or later. Yet, I had enjoyable nights and breakfast at this hotel!! Thank you so much for providing me with amazing services!!

The stay was good and the buffet was yummy! Would like to book the same hotel again if going to KL. Near to TRX mall too.

My wife and I and a couple friends, but this hotel for three nights before heading to Genting. The location itself is not that has a very close to Pavilion. Although a little dated, the hotel is relatively clean.  One advantage of staying at Holiday Inn express is that they have washing machines. Bedsheets are slightly old. Breakfast was full of people. I did, however, encounter an issue with the washer and dryer. At the hotel, you need to purchase tokens for 15RM each at the counter. After reaching the laundry room, I put my clothes into the wash machine, and proceeded to enter the coin into dispenser. By accident, I put the coin into the dryer as opposed to the washer. I called the office downstairs to ask for another coin, but was quickly as to purchase another coin. After a few harsh words, and threatening to make a complaint to corporate office, they quickly had a change of heart and provided me another coin. If you look at the machines, there’s a very subtle arrow that indicates we should insert your coin to pay for the service, but Holiday Inn needs to indicate this a lot more clearly.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was just as I like it with soft and not so soft pillows. Bathroom was small but functional. Breakfast was okay and usually quite busy...hectic. Hotel has plenty of eateries and places to grab a drink nearby.
