Toilet bowl didn’t fixed on floor, can go side way, dangerous to use. And shower water smelly due to old water pipe ? Nice view

All the outside the room is excellent. We are given the room with same wing manage by Berjaya Times Square Hotel. The moment we walk into the room...It's horrified. It smell bad and humid. Like abandon room waiting to be renovate. The carpet was dusty and stain. also the curtain. Not to repeat again. We attach photo for public to judge about our room.

1809 Room is good. Clean. I got 1 king bed & 1 single bed in my room. Very happy with the service provided by miss Agnes. The room space also satisfying even it’s a standard room. Thank you owner for keep your suites clean & calm.

Convenient location at Berjaya Time Square. Value for money as I got a room with bath tube and it was a big room. Definitely recommend this service apartment if you are looking at a hotel in the central of KL.

There is no counter for check in. Service staff has very bad attitude. Security is done by rude Bangladeshi and very serious language barrier. The cleanliness of the room is very bad, bed is in pretty bad condition. Upon check out, my room deposit was not returned to me and the so called service staff was uncontactable.

The location is excellent as is 5 min walk to metro station , imbi Below is a shopping mall , lot of foods to choice The staff was nice and helpful. Rooms was clean and quiet

THINGS TO TAKE NOTE !!! - Agent name on WhatsApp: MD Jowel Mahmoud.* - The money you're paying on the app is a scam. When you arrive, you have to pay a deposit of 200 ringgit. I'm okay with that since they should return it at the end, but from my experience in KL, they often don't return the money. There are always additional charges. In this case, the agent told me that since I booked for three days but was leaving early, I had to pay an early check-out fee. I was like, "What the heck?" I ended up telling him to keep the money and walked away. - additionally that is a lot of thing that not in good condition in the room ( toilet bowl cannot flush properly, TV cannot use and etc ) - You need to wait for the agent for early check-in, and if they’re asleep, you’ll have to wait until they wake up. I've had this experience several times in KL, so please be careful when booking these kinds of apartments. GOOD - The view from the room is amazing. - The bed and the surrounding area are quite clean. - The security is very tight.
