The suite was very nice with a king bed and clean linens. There was a small kitchen which was unexpected and very handy. Dishes were clean and soap was provided. Everything worked well except the bathroom sink drained very slowly. Towels were clean and soft, WIFI was very fast, and the security was wonderful. I didn’t have to worry about anyone entering the room or that my valuables were at risk. Great location within walking distance to the Petronas Towers and the added benefit of the top floor pool was a bonus. Pool closes at 10 PM. One thing missing which was listed in the amenities was a laundry onsite .. I couldn’t find it. Maybe they should scratch that from the list. Great property. Awesome value for the money.

Travelled with family. They had a great time at rooftop pool. great location. walking distance to bukit bintang.

"I had a really wonderful stay at Scarletz Suites KLCC! The staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed, which made me feel very welcome. The room was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with a soft and comfortable bed that gave me a great night’s sleep. Everything was perfectly clean and well taken care of. The facilities were amazing too—the pool, gym, and all the common areas were well-maintained and enjoyable to use. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to KLCC!"
