Nice hotel. Look a little bit gloomy from outside, but nice inside. The customer service at the counter very helpful. The valet parking worker also very nice to offer guidance. Location of hotel just in front of pump station, so anything to buy so easy.

The area of the hotel quite scary, because there's have people who drunk nearby the hotel area, the hotel also quite dim and gloomy.But so far the room Is ok, clean and tidy.

the stay was great and nice so i feel like booking it for another time

The parking area is a bit scary at night. The ac in the room doesnt work. The room is quite old

It's very dirty. Receptionist don't know Speak English or Malay. Not respect to customer. Bathroom shower also broken. Internal phone not working. For me this hotel cleanes and services and staff 0% from 100%. Very dirty and bad

Everything is good to the point that you even have a 24hr minimart that sells the cheapest beers for tiger long cans at RM10 restaurant sells good good and very Cheap sent to your doorstep, wifi signal doesn't work on level 12. Only 3 power points in the standard room so if you have a lot of electronics bring a multi plug
