Servizio pessimo. Hanno messo alla reception persone del Bangladesh che non sanno nemmeno parlare inglese. Il parcheggio era terribile. La disposizione dell'unità era pessima e piccola a causa del design difettoso dei mobili (tra il letto e l'armadio), senza spazio per camminare. Il bagno era sporco e lo scarico dell'acqua non funzionava bene. Non soggiornate qui! Gestione scadente. Vogliono solo soldi. Nessun orientamento al servizio clienti.

Location is excellent; the place is clean and room is clean. However, overall is inconvenient in many small places: 1. Check-in procedure - need to park car at lobby, take lift to 51st floor to register and waited their manual registration, they need to search to get specific parking slot, then come down to drive your car; before that, they sent me email request to add their WhatsApp or WeChat, then need to message them my name, IC, car plate, etc; in between they have sent me many messages, as if I am talking to fren; they even called my WhatsApp after 10pm don’t know why bcos I didn’t pick-up; 2. Car park allocated at level 6B, that means I drove from level 1A, 1B, 2A, **, 3A, 3B, 4A, 4B, 5A, 5B, 6A till 6B, with the drive way up very narrow (can see marks of previous cars hitting the wall and corner) and each floor has speed bump; and worse, all low levels are empty, why not allocate level 1A to me? Luckily I didn’t have meeting that night, else I need to take deep breath for driving in and out; 3. There are 3 “keys” - 1 key for room door, 1 car park card to enter car park, 1 card from car park into the building and lift; ideally I wish to have only one card for all entrances; 4. When check out, I drove to lobby and passed the keys to counter then only leave (luckily I used credit card for the deposit, else need to go to 51st floor again). The exit also must be careful, the big buses blocked the view to turn right to KLCC direction. Not recommended for business traveler or with big car, too time consuming.

The place is very strategic and location is great. We opt to get the KLCC Views but is it worth? I would say just ok. satisfying. everything else are great.

The room is decent sized with basic utensils. Location wise is about 15 minutes walk to Suria KLCC. Issued 3 assess cards - carpark, lift and room which is not very convenient and bulky. Swimming pool was under maintenance and repair.

There is a good place to live, very big view However, the swimming pool was closed as their repair issue.
