Siamo arrivati così tardi e possiamo goderci il nostro soggiorno solo per poche ore. Adoro la vista dalla nostra camera. È fantastico!!

Front desk staff provide very poor service. Both his words and facial expressions were not friendly. The staff are old. But if you are not ready to serve, you should stay at home. In terms of accommodation, it's good, the rooms are beautiful, and the location is close to the Petronas Twin Towers.

整體環境優雅舒適，房間設施齊全又乾淨，簡單的烹飪都不成問題。尤其是47樓的無邊泳池，可以俯瞰吉隆坡塔和雙峯塔，日落時分的景色美得令人窒息！酒店大堂還有便利商店和咖啡店，十分方便。安保系統也很到位，進酒店大堂時還有保安幫忙開門，感覺特別高級。附近還有不少餐廳，步行去用餐也很方便。
不過，最讓我滿意的是他們所提供的中文客服，雖然沒見過她本人，但從辦理入住到我離開酒店，無論是詢問景點訊息還是需要幫忙，總是能在微信上迅速回復並給予幫助，耐心解答我的所有問題，讓我真切地感受到被重視和關懷。這種貼心體驗在其他酒店真的很少見。我對斯嘉麗公寓式酒店的整體感覺非常好！絕對值得推薦！而且地理位置超級便利，下次再來馬來西亞時一定還會選擇這裏入住！期待下一次的體驗。
