The room was not as clean as it should have been. The rooms next door were very noisy. There were a lot of homeless people outside.

THEY WERE A COUPLE YELLING AND CALLING THE POLICE, 1 LADY THAT PREFERRED TO LEAVE AND A GROUP OF 3 CHINESE LADIES. AFTER THE MANAGER YELLING AT THE COUPLE, “ROOM NOT READY” THEY DEMANDED TO TALKED TO ANOTHER PERSON, another EMPLOYEE ARRIVED AND THEY GAVE HIM A ROOM. MY WIFE COMPLAINT AND WE WERE TOLD TO WAIT, AFTER WAITING, THEY COUPLE THAT WAS GIVEN A ROOM LEFT SAYING IT WAS DIRTY. SO WHEN IT WAS OUT TURN WE WANTED TO CHECK THE ROOM FIRST, my wife WENT FIRST, SHE WAS DISGUSTED AND CAME BACK TO THE LOBBY SAYING SHE WAS NOT GOING TO SLEEP IN THAT FILTHY ROOM, SO I WENT TO THE ROOM AND TOOK THIS PICTURES. THEY SAID THE ROOM WAS CLEANED, BUT LOOK AT THE PICTURES. I CAME BACK TO THE LOBBY AND TOLD HIM WE WERE NOT STAYING THERE, we talked TO TRIP.COM AND THE HOTEL STARTED LYING ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION. YOU CAN KEEP MY MONEY, I REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT THE REFUND. I JUST SHOWED A WHOLE TRAVEL COMMUNITY WHY THEY SHOULD NOT STAY HERE. FILTHY ROOMS HOTEL MANAGER YELLING AT THE CUSTOMERS ROOMS NOT READY (3 hours after) THE CHECK IN TIME. I HAVE UV LIGHTS PHOTOS TAKEN (YOU CAN IMAGINE WHAT IS THERE RIGHT) DONT STAY HERE, BE AWARE OF FILTHY ROOMS

For fair reviews... The location is okay... Next to so many restaurants... the problem was with this staff.... Tried to communicate me thru English but somehow the explanation become not get thru to the real meaning.... I was stayed at this hotel for 1 day and before check out the next day... I manage to booked again the room..... Thanks to Trips.... But somehow the staff give bad response to us as hotel guest.... I tried to explain to him on the whatapsss before hotel whatapps and my number but in the end of the day.... He started to be confused and really didn't aware with the whole situation... He need to learns both languages... English and Malay.. And learned to respect their hotel guest......he keeps blaming us and urged us to check out from the room.... Part 1

The room was wide And comfort But it has a bit stain on pillow. The air conditioner works well. The toilet also just average. The heater also function well.

Hotel entrance and signboard is abit small,didnt noticed it at first when i arrived,no car park,parking is abit difficult,but the room and staff is good,the best part is its near lrt station,easy access to the city

The room was way smaller than i thought . The ceiling have black spot look like spores . The toilet's tiles quite dirty and have fungus.

So far not bad , just some room need to do service repairs for problem think on room....but customer service good to service customer.... room have problem will help to checking if can't be changed to other room for customer.....

Since it is cheap, you need to expect what you deserve.

Aircond not functioning well in front of queen and single bed, the toilet is clogged . Floor dirty with dust.

Staff behaved very rode. (Especially front desk staff) But location is good. Near by lot of food court

Booked this hotel because the location, exactly in front of the ChowKit monorail station, really convenient to travel, walking distance to the food court, market, and mosque. Traveling with friends and we booked 2 rooms (1 triple and 1 twin room). Overall, the hotel is comfortable, however our room is lack of electric plug and no in house phone (advisable to bring own Traveller multiplug).

Quite good experience will come again prices are reasonable and location is also good with bus stop and train station

This is a good hotel because the location is strategic BUT i had BAD experience at this hotel when the male staff (indo) randomly unlocked my door at evening on June 23, 2024 with no real reason, after i asked the staff also failed to give proper reason. It was shocking and it is a violation of privacy. As a woman, i don't feel safe. I hope this never happens to other people.
