A small room which which was difficult to move around without knocking something. Comfortable mattress but duvet cover was dirty and stained.marble floor look enchanting but when wet it’s slippery. Risk of falling.
I didn’t like the small bathroom with no partition between shower & toilet , so during shower the whole bathroom is wet

************* I found this hotel for my short trip to Kuala Lumpur. Location is perfect for me: just across a big mall and KL Sentral Station where you can take any kind of public transport, including bus and train to airport; and there is a laundry bar nearby. I got a spacious room. Complete amenities, with electric kettle and everyday water and tea-coffee. Nice and friendly staff, with whom I can always exchange salam. Breakfast is provided in a nearby eatery, which I like very much for its friendly and fast service.

Its a small hotel/inn which is located right opposite Nu Sentral. 1-2 min walking distance from KL sentral Monorail Station. Got a very early check in at 11am, the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Even-though its a small hotel/inn, but their services given is outstanding. If you are not a picky traveller, this will be one of the best choice. We booked a room with a queen size bed for 2 nights, the room is clean and with basic amenities and little fridge provided. But one thing is that we requested a window room but there is a window looking glass wall which is eventually not a window, can view outside and sunlight barely shines in. Other than that, all are good! There is one accident happen, i assume there is a miscommunication between the staff, they accidentally open our room door at 7am without knocking or calling, which shocked us. Luckily with the door lock hooked. The staff apologized genuinely until we ask him to leave. Other than that, overall our staying experience with this hotel is good!

Second time staying there, excellent location coz near to KL Central. No hair dryer in the room but can request from reception. Can refill water at water dispenser located at 1st floor. Wifi is strong too.

The hotel is very comfortable in terms of location, service, facilities and also cleanliness. One of the things I like the most is that there is a faucet for ablution in the hotel bathroom.
