For the price I paid, the location was the best thing about this hotel. It was across Kuantan City Mall and then East Coast Mall behind that. Some eating places near or around the hotel although some of these tend to open late in the morning. There's one shop that opens till midnight about 10m away. Check-in was prompt and efficient however I didnt like the room (Rm 213) I got: it was hot like an oven as it is facing the afternoon sun (it was the room behind the flagpoles on level 2). The aircon was set to 17 when I got inside (red flag) and it was just blowing warm air from the time I got in (around 1pm) and even at night (and you can hear the noise from the aircon). I was sweaty and couldnt sleep. There's no point complaining as it was almost midnight (thought the aircon will turn cooler as it was drizzling in the evening). Will I stay in this hotel again? If I get assigned to a better room - perhaps. Tip: Check the aircon setting right after you enter the room after check-in. If it is set to very low (like 17) and the room feels warm - request to change the room.

Arrivato al palazzo per un check-in al pomeriggio, a metà di latte. Prenotato per 2 camere e richiesto per le camere laterali o molto vicine. Al primo volevano assegnare a 2 posti diversi che ho rifiutato. Infine, solo le camere che si trovano in un po' di fronte l'uno all'altro, sono state informate in anticipo che il riscaldamento d'acqua in una delle camere non funziona, quindi...devono accettare, dato che non abbiamo scelta. Deve entrare diversamente dalla zona di accoglienza per arrivare alle nostre camere, perché questo posto è di edifici di negozi. Nessun ascensore & deve camminare sulla scala che non è neanche pulita correttamente. Stanza delle camere sono cattive e non pulite correttamente. Giardino e la sua riva stanno per crollare! Le lamiere e le lastre di letto hanno tinture visibili con pochi inchiostri/penne cravatte su alcuni punti. I tovaglioli sono svaniti con pochi buchi su di loro. Quando abbiamo cercato di lamentarci, i telefoni della stanza non funzionavano o non c'era alcun collegamento con la ricezione. Infine, usiamo l'armadio e le nostre camicie come lino per coprire l'abbigliamento sporco. La chiusura (in e fuori) alla porta igienica è rotta e la porta principale di entrata utilizza solo la chiusura del nodo della porta in una delle camere. Lega sulla parte inferiore del bacino. Trovato in borsa di plastica di rubinetto da precedente tenant(?) forse dietro la tavola del letto. Che cazzata siamo dentro! Camere dotate di TV ma solo pochi canali sono accessibili. Nessun frigo, fornire i giochi (ma è necessario scendere in zona di pantria situata vicino alla reception per ottenere acqua calda) e 2 muffole. Il servizio Wi-Fi è indicato come disponibile ma non si può ottenere connessione dalla zona delle camere... quindi non preoccupatevi e non sprecare tempo cercando di ottenere la connessione. Non rimarrete in nessuna delle catene Sun Inns in futuro.

Il miglior hotel a prezzi economici a Kuantan. Buone strutture, camere confortevoli, personale amico dell'hotel e molto utile, la posizione dell'hotel è davvero conveniente per gli utenti per il business perché è vicino al centro città, negozi, banche ecc. Molto molto utile.

PLUS Big spacious room Clean Big spacious bathroom cum changing room Private parking lot Simple breakfast available CON Lack of security Staff a bit relaxed on enforcing new (Covid-19) normal Some room dirty and smelly (of ciggie smell) Simple breakfast (not much choice at all) Parking can be a bit limited during peak period When I arrived, staff didn't bother to enforce the self check in for contact tracing and temperature taking. So, if someone is sick or having a fever, he/she can easily enter to stay I was given a room which smelled horribly of smoking smell and the walls were tainted with dirt and smudge. If i am forced to stay in this room, i would move out ! Luckily, they gave me a totally different room (clean and no ciggie smell) after I complained. The 'reassigned' room was clean and spacious but a bit devoured of furnishing. Lighting was dimmed for my taste There was a 40” TV on wall. However, I didn't check for channels Bed was comfy enough. I brought my own pillows Air con was bad as the small aircon (I am guessing it was a 1 HP unit) could bare cope with the size of the room Bathroom was a surprise. It has a built-in changing room and ironing table/iron. I liked the toilet and shower were separated as the shower water would not wet the WC area. Toiletries such as soap,. shampoo and shower gel were provided as in 2 pairs of clean bath towels. Water pressure and hot water were adequate for a good shower. There a 'rain-shower' if you like that The biggest minus was the lack of security as one can enter the 1st floor indoor parking without any security checking. To make matter worse, anyone can enter the rooms' floors from the parking bay Breakfast was simple affair with white rice with ikan masak lemak and cried koay-teow. Adequate for quickie hit and run. Generally, staff was reasonably friendly especially the breakfast crew and the sole male house-keeper though they hesitated making guests to wear face-masks when in the hotel premise Internet speed was very bad (less than 5 mbps) though reception signal was good in my room Good for a 1 nite stay. Female guest is to be wary 'lack of security' from car park to room

NO RACCOMANDATO - Rimasto una notte nell'ottobre 2022 e prenotato una camera tripla(per 3pax) Pro: - Il check-in è stato veloce come ho fatto il check-in tardivo alle 8:00 - circa 100m a piedi al KMC Mall Cons: - Molto manutenzione necessaria. - La camera tripla era davvero cattiva e odorevole - Il mollato di toletta sul muro, sul pavimento e sul sedile di toletta - Il stand per tenere la caldaia, i tazze e il controllo remoto libero e per cadere - La qualità della mattress è davvero in cattiva forma. - La parte peggiore è il giacca ha tintura di sangue. - Il pavimento mat così sporco - il personale non amichevole Non capiamo che è un hotel di bilancio con il prezzo pagato. Ma almeno mantenere il minimo standard di hotel di bilancio. Onestamente non mi fermerò di nuovo. Grazie.

Beautiful city view and near to the any attractions like museum, state mosque and Kuantan Tower. Room not very spacious for standard size and a bit moist and moss due to the rainy day..a bit smell but overall it was a great stay with small swimming pools and delicious breakfast! Would come again!

Stay for 1 night for a business trip. Was not expecting the hotel to be too good but at least the technician should check the equipment all are functioning before renting it out to the customer. And on my story when I checked in and when I switch on the air-conditioning, it was leaking and not cold.

Viaggi liberi e facili a Kuantan per mio figlio e io. La posizione dell'hotel è buona, ma le strutture sono mal bisogno di riabilitazione. E' diventato troppo vecchio. I manici di bagno, il bagno e il pendolo sono in pericolo di cadere separati.
