Hotel in zona Mini Zoo Taman Teruntum, Kuala Kuantan

Ho prenotato una camera familiare con vista sul mare, la vista è buona, la camera è pulita, il letto è comodo e comodo, il parcheggio è molto spazio e gratuito. La colazione è abbastanza varia di scelte, il gusto è OK per me. Solo il ridimensionamento sembra uno stretto hotel più che un hotel sulla spiaggia perché anche lì c'è una scala per farti andare in spiaggia ma il cancello è bloccato e non è permesso scendere, un po' più posso vedere che la costruzione di sabbie di riempimento è attiva. .. Quindi, potrebbero essere necessarie alcune volte solo per le visite. A proposito, ho completamente soddisfatto i panorami, il servizio e l'ambiente qui.

Overall stay was alright , staff was very friendly and breakfast was basic but good at the price we paid . Only thing is the room which we stayed in was clean but very old , compared to the picture where some of the other rooms were already refurbished with carpet and also new toilets . The wooden toilet door frames were already rotting in our room . Travelled with a young kid of 4 years old , but the window insulation was pretty bad as we were facing the back nearby a mosque and we could hear the speakers up to 1030pm and then again at around 530am . Really need to improve on that to enable a good quiet sleep .

The price of the room was reasonable given that it was during a Malaysian festive season as well as a long weekend break. Our room (suite) comes with a smaller room with an attached bathroom which is convenient for the four of us. Both rooms are equipped with standard amenities which is a plus point. The location of the hotel was tucked behind the main road so there was minimal noise level from the streets. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. In a nutshell, this hotel is well priced for a short stay in Kuantan.

Frustrata con 3 grandi questioni entro 15 minuti, Abbiamo fatto un giro per il lobby e abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la nostra stanza. Ho avuto una stanza di fumo come quella era la loro ultima stanza disponibile. 3. La linea telefonica non funzionava di nuovo, il rull del bagno non era disponibile. 4. Sappiamo che questo hotel non fornisce la spazzatura e la pasta dentale, quindi abbiamo portato la nostra. Quando tornammo il 2° giorno, tutti i nostri bagni erano andati. La custodia delle case ha buttato i nostri bagni senza il nostro consenso quando non forniscono bagni. Deve andare al lobby per presentare un'altra denuncia (Ricorda che il telefono non funzionava?). Il desk front prometteva di mandare i bagni in camera nostra, ma non è mai venuto. 5. Durante il terzo giorno, il custode ci vide e ci offriva di compensare per aver messo a posto i nostri bagni. Per quanto apprezzo il loro sforzo di possedere il loro errore, questa compensazione (se necessario) dovrebbe provenire dalla direzione e non dal personale per non fornire una formazione sufficiente e chiarire la politica dell'hotel al personale. In generale, sono completamente agitato e non tornerò mai.

During our stay at the villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and semi-outdoor bath tub. The room was impressive, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom, connected to the outdoor platform, was stunning, and the hot, steaming bath water was a highlight. The branded toiletries, including the additional body lotion, were a great touch, especially after swimming. Highlights of our stay included the private pool, the complimentary high teas, and the option to have breakfast served in the restaurant or in-room. The resort also offered amenities such as complimentary buggy rides, bike rentals, and various free games. Exploring the vast resort, with its nature sounds and relaxing atmosphere, was a memorable experience. Additionally, the dinner and bar were worth visiting and offered affordable options. However, the air conditioning in the room was not effective at night, and some of the bikes provided were not in the best condition. The steep slopes in the resort also posed a challenge, as I had a biking accident due to my own excitement and adrenaline rush. It's important to be cautious when using the bikes. For other dining and leisure options, Gambang offers local Chinese eateries, and Kuantan town, just an hour's drive away, provides modern cafes, shopping opportunities, and beach access.
