So far so good.. clean.. room have bathtub 🛀.. large room..but king bed a little bit small size than other hotels

Really good experience with Grand Darul Makmur.
My request entertained in a flash.
The front desk offer to help me seeing me struggling carry my luggage and other bag.
Kudos to the male staff who stand from his desk and come towards to help me.
Room and bed spacious for me, my baby and my husband. Will come again!

The hotel is very big just the housekeeper don't have much time to deep clean .the hotel toilet full with hairs ..pls ask the housekeeper to maintain the toilet bowl too. Hope there is govt rate for govt servants
