My friend & I stayed at the hotel for 10 days in May 2025 & we both had such a wonderful time. The decor is a little dated & a few things here & there could do with a bit of a refresh, but we honestly thought that all these little things actually added to the charm & character of the hotel. If you have any problems at all or need anything done, Nanel on reception is your lady! She's is amazing & keeps the heart of the hotel beating 💓 The hotel is so clean. The staff here start cleaning the entire hotel from 5am & are constantly on it throughout the day. And the restaurant is cleaned thoroughly after every service. I know this because I had the bad habit of eating towards the end of the services & staying & talking too long after my meals & then I'd have to hop, skip, jump & apologise around the ladies who are trying to clean! They just used to laugh at me by the end! Sorry ladies! ☺️ I had a Seaview room & my friend had a garden view. Both rooms were beautiful & immaculate. Whilst the Seaview room definitely had the prettiest view, by the afternoon my room was so hot whilst my friends garden view room was definitely the coolest to relax in. For my entire stay my lovely cleaning lady Ribah cleaned the whole of my room from top to bottom, leaving me a fresh bed, fresh towels & pretty decorations on my bed every day! Tip - she can only clean the places she can get to! Everyone here works extremely hard, so leaving a little chocolate on your pillow & giving a 5 TND (£1.25) or 10 TND (£2.50) tip to the staff here & there is so super appreciated. Even if your all inclusive (which we were) At the Spa you will meet Jafar! He will show you all the treatments available & if you book several treatments together Jafar will give you a special price. But don't forget to haggle! It's customary! We had the Hammam package. The scrubbing was a little harsh but the massage after was heaven! We booked several Massages after that & I was blessed to have Hela. Hela has hands that I can only describe as 'a gift from God"! She is absolutely amazing. I live with a lot of daily pain in my body & she just knew where it was & how to relieve it. I think I had a total of 6 Massages with Hela & my friend had 2 with her. Her English is not so great but she understands what your body needs without speaking words! If you are only going to try one massage here, have it with Hela. I promise you will not be disappointed! And don't forget to yip 😉 At breakfast and lunch you will meet the wonderful Khaled and the beautiful Sondes! These two are an absolute credit to the hotel! Thank you both so much for all that you did to make our stay so memorable 💖 And the food.. omg the food is absolutely delicious! Now if you've come to Tunisia to eat omelette, pizza, chips or pasta then yes you will be catered for. BUT if you have come to Tunisia to try some real delicious Tunisian dishes then I promise you, you will not be disappointed! The flavours! So yum! Especially the Shri
