Such a beautiful place and beautiful staff especially receptionist Tanna she made us feel so comfortable and even suggested places to go and do. Food fresh and the cleaning staff amazing only regretting not giving tips but leaving this review hope will give them all pay rise.....Thank you

Ottima posizione al riparo dall'enorme confusione di agosto; stanze comode, pulite e con servizi adeguati. Vicino ad alcuni piccoli stabilimenti isolati ma poco distante da quelli "rumorosi" per chi li gradisce.... sicuramente migliorabile l'offerta della prima colazione e la capacità di "gestione" del menù serale ma sicuramente migliore dell'offerta di molti dei ristoranti della zona. Stanze comode, pulite e con servizi adeguati! Il mio personale grazie ed il miglior feedback possibile, comunque, lo voglio dare allo staff.... estremamente gentile e attento ( anche in alcuni momenti di "crisi"), educato ma cortese e socievole se coinvolto....su tutti le ragazze della reception ed i ragazzi di sala!

L'hotel è carino, in una posizione discreta, fuori dalla anarchica confusione e dal disordine straccione di Ksamil. Attenzione però!!!! Quando prenotate chiedete espressamente di non essere messi a piano terreno e al primo piano perché, incredibile scoperta, le camere col balcone sono sotto il livello del suolo nel senso che l'hotel è costruito su un piccolo promontorio e per sfruttare al massimo lo spazio le camere sul retro al 1° e al 2° che dovrebbero dare sul prato in effetti sono al di sotto del prato e il balcone (ridicolo) si affaccia su un buco a un metro dal muro. Conseguenza: umidità malsana e poca luce. Io sono claustrofobia e ho sofferto tantissimo nelle notti che ho dovuto dormire lì (non c'erano altri hotel). La scorrettezza dell'hotel e di Booking dove abbiamo prenotato è nel non dichiarare questa situazione. Le immagini delle camere sono menzognere.

It is a nice clean hotel. Their free beach with amenities is not in walking distance but there are several beaches right next to the hotel . Huge buffet breakfast

Great hotel, very comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. An easy walk into town and beaches with loads of restaurants and bars. Private beach is a 5 minute drive away but there are plenty of others within walking distance of the hotel with sunbeds available for around 1000 lek per day.

Information about hotel on booking site was incredibly deceiving. I booked this hotel which was considerably more expensive than other options because it stated private beach. One would expect the private each to be close to the hotel but it was not…. The site should mention that! If you want to go to the private beach you need a car or pay €10 round trip taxi because the beach is a bit far! I also booked a room with partial sea view and when this site sent the information to the hotel they did not reserve what I booked. ********** is very shabby in that manner.
The hotel itself was amazing, the staff was very helpful, room was great! The private beach was also simply amazing and the beach staff was fabulous. Deliver your cocktails to you on your beach chair, my idea of a great beach vacation

We was bit apprehensive what we will find but Ksmail was nice and the hotel was simply luxury as the name says. Lovely rooms, pillow bed, very clean. Breakfast was plenty and nice coffee. Eggs and bacon plus cold buffet. Would definitely recommend . Lovely staff too. And the price!!! We got 2 lovely rooms for the price of one in UK. We went to Maestro beach, had wifi and nice places to eat around and clean sea beach. 10£ per 2 chairs umbrella. The other beaches I found very busy and loud. We had lovely time :) Ps. Ksmail was half price to Corfu- on everything.

Very clean, slightly out from the hustle and bustle but I liked that as it is a bit more tranquil. Breakfast was great and reception staff helpful. I would return if coming back to Ksamil. Also the parking was plenty so no parking issues. Thank you for having us
