Average is okay.Only have one Pagoda near by.So can't sleep well. Breakfast is good and taste nice.

One of the best hotels to stay in this area, staff where helpful and friendly, This area is reknown for casinos etc. so for some one like me ,it is not a very good reason to stay here ,other then a stopover for the night on the way to Thailand.

Couple here, stayed 7 nights, slept in the day and went out at night. We had to request to change room twice: - the first room on the 6th floor had a nice view and a balcony. However, it was constantly noisy during the day as somehow the L6 corridor was used by the housekeeping staff as their defacto hq where they chatted amongst one another, watched videos or made video calls. In addition, the sounds from the street can also be clearly heard. - the second room on the 2nd floor we were changed to was in the corner. It was slightly more spacious than the first and very quiet (being in the back corner of the hotel). It has no views as it was beside the next building but nonetheless had a window that opened into the roof of the next building. We discovered the windows could not be locked, and requested another room change due to safety concerns. - Our next room was on the 3rd floor and just above the previous room. It also had no view and was less quiet (but still more peaceful than the first room) but it had windows that could lock. However the roaches in this room were more brazen and frequently made appearances. Location: abit away from the main ****** belt, but has a koi milk tea about 7 mins walk away, and some local eateries. In-house breakfast: decent variety and taste good, though only slight variations day to day. Staff: friendly and helpful, though could take abit of persistence to get your issues resolved.

Room was terrible cracked furniture , little to none water use for shower. Food was terrible , I personally will never stay there again.

The room smells and the floor is sticky.

Place away from the border and very SCARY location. Staff helpless and don’t speak even Thai. Communication was Zero and I guess they don’t like foreigners. Air conditioning switched off at 09:30pm and was very very hot all troughs the Hotel! Room that wee got at the 5th floor - unbelievably NOISY since 6:30 in the morning! When housekeeping started to do the rooms at 7am was time to get up for us (although we wanna stay in bed. Screaming, Yelling, laughing, Smashing Doors.. Unbelievably and Unreal Noises!!! I want to think that they did on purpose in order to get out guests from the rooms!!! If you love yourself, DONT stay here even for free
