Starting from the guest-relations team: Ana, she was very helpful and kind starting our hotel experience in a good and pleasant manner. The room throughout the three days that we stayed was maintained by the housekeeping staff to the utmost standards of cleanliness, which made for an overall pleasant stay. The SPA; however, was the icing on the cake. The SPA manager Imge’s personalized service, friendliness and overall deep knowledge of the wellness industry really made our stay an unforgettable one. Especially, the massage was wonderful. She truly was the star of the show for us and really made our stay great, she is truly remarkable. However, the only reason why I am putting 4 stars instead of 5, is due to F&B service being extremely slow, this has to be fixed. Service-flow definitely has to be further tuned for this beautiful place to get 5 stars. Overall, the GM was also very kind and the whole front office team as well when our safe box misfunctioned and they immediately sent a technician to fix it.
