Casa di Fiore Spa and Medical Hotel, Mineral Pools & Private Beach

You want to enjoy a peaceful seaside vacation - not at this hotel! First night - crazy loud teenagers with an alcohol party till 1:30 a.m. Second day - hammers banging and drilling noises for the whole day, worst was the second night- another party, wedding this time, with never ending fireworks! Wouldn’t take the risk to stay another night. Room doors heavy, but not soundproof whatsoever, so kids’ screams could be heard in every single room along the hallway. Outdoor pool area - so tight that lounge chairs are literally 2 inches apart. What a comfort and privacy! Pool bar - closed regardless of the fact that it’s got a sign with business hours. The food is the only thing that I give the one star for, good variety, but cooked food is not kept warm, not even the meats, neither any of the barbecued meat and fish. And the food presentation- are you kidding me, it’s like in the old 90’s Balkantourist restaurants. Coffee at breakfast is undrinkable and alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverage prices are ridiculous, unimaginably expensive. 300-350% over the retail bottle price . Ah, and it’s worth to mention- if you plan to enjoy a comfortable sleep with comfortable pillow, get ready to add another 50 bucks to your bill. Not a 5* service , nor quality, that’s for sure. Noisy hotel, mediocre food, pity service , overpriced! Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else!

We have been in Casa di fiore since the start of January 2025. We had a very nice time. Hotel is very beautiful, the Christmas atmosphere was amazing and we loved it very much. Food is very delicious, lot of choices. We liked Spa and pools and enjoyed it. Room is big and nice, so the bathroom is. Hygiene in a hotel in general is on a very high level. Staff is very polite. We came to the hotel before check in time and immediately went to our room that we liked (understand that it is not possible in the full season). Welcome drink is there to make you feel more welcome. They make great coctails in lobby bar. We liked the garden, I can not imagine how beautiful it is in the spring and summer time. In our opinion, during the winter time this hotel is much appropriate for adults. We highly recommend it. One notice: it is necessary to wear slippers near the pool, the floor is slippery.

Looking from Outside it is a nice hotel and it looks new, inside is not how I imagined. Everything makes noise in the room, even when you close the bathroom room. We picked this hotel (with all meals included) because we have a small baby (2 years) and he eat just some food (pizza, red sauce pasta etc). Today, at lunch we had a BIG surprise, we hadn’t had buffet because “there are few clients “ and they gave us the possibility to pick from a very small menu (of course that the baby could eat only few soup and that was it). This hotel is not child friendly at all !! No possibilities to pick something else for the child ! There is only a small and very poor kids area, there are few toys, mostly of them are broken. The staff attitude is not friendly at all! Happy that tomorrow we will Leave !!

I arrived here for the first time in July on the recommendation of a friend with small children as a perfect hotel for families with children. We felt so good here that I came back in August. The hotel seems quite new and has everything needed for a quiet vacation for both parents and children. From the entrance you are greeted with water or lemonade and snacks for children. After check-in, you are helped with your luggage and taken directly to your room (considering the flow of people, try to keep the check-in hours, the first time we didn't have to wait, the second time we had to wait for the room to be released because the hotel was full, All this time, the staff advised us what to do so that we don't have to stay in the hotel lobby with 2 small children with us) Maximum serviceability. Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner and a huge variety of food (They have their own farm and most of the food comes from there). The private beach, the outdoor pool and the indoor pool have enough sunbeds so as not to create a crowded feeling.The pools are filled with mineral water (you can feel very little chlorine, which is very pleasant). The spa is very well equipped with many types of saunas, swimming pools, massages of all kinds and tastes. 2 playgrounds for children inside and every evening a kind of small disco is organized for them. The hotel is clean, the rooms are the same. Each room has a balcony. It is very pleasant to be able to drink your coffee on the balcony in the morning. The beds are comfortable, you can rest very well (Indeed, you can still hear children screaming, running, slamming doors, but here it depends on the education received by each) ** The only problem I found in the 20 cumulative days I spent there are the sofa-type beds that would be for children, they are extremely uncomfortable for them and for adults. And it's quite a big problem when you have to squeeze 4 people into the big bed (I hope they solve this problem because I will want to come back and I don't want my back or the children to hurt anymore).** * It wouldn't hurt if the outdoor playground was a little better thought out and things were added there because it's nice to go for a little walk after dinner and the children can play outside * The staff is friendly, but the language barrier speaks for itself sometimes. Averall, I thoroughly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back here.

This is the second time my wife, our 15-year-old daughter, and I have stayed at this hotel. Just like last year, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We spent five nights in a beautiful room with a seaside view, featuring one bed and a sofa, which I highly recommend. The hotel staff, from the bellboy to the cleaning personnel to the people at the reception, were professional and friendly, and we had no issues as they all spoke English. Last year, we opted for three meals a day, but this year we decided to go with two. We made this choice because the food was so delicious that we gained some weight last year, and we wanted to avoid overindulging in the incredibly tempting and delectable dishes. (I mention this because, in the past, at other resorts in Bulgaria, the food wasn't as good—it might be a matter of personal taste or the quality of the chefs. At Casa di Fiore, they have excellent chefs.) As shown in the hotel's presentation, it features several mineral or thermal water pools, both outdoor and indoor. From what I understand, it is the only place in the area with indoor thermal pools, which is why it remains open during the winter. We might try visiting during that season as well. The rooms were spacious and clean, the pool areas were well maintained, and the beach was fantastic. This year, the sea was calmer than last year, and we took full advantage of it. Our stay was definitely worth the money, and it was reasonably priced compared to other places in Bulgaria. I highly recommend Casa di Fiore to anyone interested!

Our stay at Casa di Fiore was excellent and we couldn't wish for more. The hotel is new, modern and extremely clean. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and the bathroom is a blast. The view from the balcony was amazing and we enjoyed the sunrise every morning admiring the sea and the spacious beaches. The food was extremely tasty, products fresh and the variety gives a choice for the pickiest eaters. The swimming pools and spa facilities were the cherry of the cake. The aroma sauna with herbs grown in the very own garden of the hotel was a great way to finish the day full of beach activities. The staff was great and very helpful - always smiling and making you feel very welcome and special. And I cannot avoid mentioning the well maintained garden - the delicate parfum of magnolias, the lavender touch and the green and colourful balconies made us feel closer to nature.
