Hotel in zona Skwer im. Insurekcji Kościuszkowskiej, Cracovia

I am very disappointed to leave this review. This hotel should never be allowed to claim 5 stars. The whole experience was a let down. I understand that stars may differ in different countries but even still, this I'd a 3 star hotel at best. The staff were friendly, apart from one who had an attitude problem for some reason every time we spoke to her. They didn't ask if everything was OK and didn't check that we needed anything at all throughout our stay. The room only has one extremely soft weird shaped pillow per person, which might aswell not be there. The beds are comfortable, but all they are is two big singles pushed together. The carpets in the rooms are stained and wallpaper is starting to come off and worst of all for us, the overwhelming smell of cigarettes coming from the downstairs ****** is disgusting. Our room stank of cigarettes, so much so my clothes now smell of them. We are both none smokers. The bathroom had a sign on the toilet to say it had been disinfected. Yeah right. There was a hair on the toilet seat?. There was an empty bottle of vodka found behind the chair in the room which I stood on when drawing the curtains and there's a lot of noise from the road. Also, on a night there is a horrible humming noise which kept me awake. I do not expect any of this from a ”5 star” hotel. The tea and coffee in the room doesn't have milk? There is no bar apart from in the smokey ****** and the breakfast..... you get two eggs, then you can select from the table of warm yoghurts and warm meat, as it has literally been left under the heater. None of it tasted fresh and everything is at room temperature. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and nice people, it isn't their fault as there just following instructions from their managers. I get that it is meant to have a old house theme, but this doesn't excuse horribly stained carpets in the rooms and the constant smell of cigarettes. We didn't see any other guests apart from locals and I find it strange why there are so little reviews on TripAdvisor as of recent. It is 20 minutes from the city centre, however a bolt taxi only costs around £5. My overall opinion is if you want a 5 star hotel. Pay a little extra and get a 5 star. This is NOT what you want when booking 5 star.

Abbiamo prenotato per le buone recensioni, ma non posso accettarle completamente. La situazione è buona, non si è direttamente in città, ma dopo pochi minuti a piedi si arriva alla vecchia città. La stanza era abbastanza piccola ma ben attrezzata. Aveva aspettato un po' di più sulla base delle immagini. Purtroppo, al momento dell'arrivo abbiamo trovato i capelli dal nostro letto. In la doccia c'era un fungo nero e la testa doccia era ininterrotta. Ho notato, ma non ho sentito niente, tranne una scusa da parte della signora alla ricetta.

Bene, tutto è bene, è pulito n moderno. Ma la posizione è tranquillo n un po 'di distanza dai parametri (e mi sembrava che la strada è vuota, nessuna PLL n negozi) anche se ci sono voluti 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere le attrazioni, ma quasi niente si può acquistare lì. Quindi se la vostra ricerca di hotel che r conveniente, non sarà la migliore opzione, ma il rapporto costo-beneficio è ok a questo £ per quanto riguarda la pulizia n moderno design.

Great location, clean and certainly warm! The room (107) had everything you needed, (bed, shower and table). Would have been nice to have a kettle but there is a good 24hr coffee (and kebab) stand outside. Staff are extremely helpful (Veronica especially). Cheap and cheerful and would stay again if ever visiting. Right next to the station and shopping centre and only a 10 min walk to the old town.

L'hotel è stato prenotato con la prenotazione, pagato, tutto è stato buono. è arrivato al check-in e l'hotel è stato chiuso. Nessuno rispose, il telefono si scontrava, la ragazza diceva ”ciao” e niente di più. Il giorno dopo ho deciso di richiamare il numero di telefono dell'ospite e ho preso molto rapidamente il telefono di un giovane che ha detto di essere il direttore e ha affermato che l'ospite lavorava e che la sede era in loro che Il giovane non era gentile e qualificato a lavorare con gli ospiti, e il giovane si fermò a dire che non era la sua competenza a risolvere il problema. Vivo a Cracovia per molto tempo, non avevo avuto casi simili per la prima volta, quindi ho deciso di andare a controllare se l’ospite lavorasse lo stesso giorno della conversazione con il manager. L’ospite era chiuso e nessuno aprì che dimostrasse che gli ospiti guadagnavano durante il periodo di tempo. Se non vuoi rimanere in strada e non conosci la città, non usare i servizi di questo ospite! Non lo consiglio!

This hotel is in a perfect location. Moreover, it can proudly show off the latest interior design trends, which I am always looking for to enjoy. Although our corner room was small, but the space was so well planned that it didnt matter. Real eye candy! A big minus - too soft bed mattress. It made the sleep quality poor. I didn’t have a blast with a breakfast as well: modest variaty of foods, tiny (juice) cups, tasteless coffee and we couldn’t find a place to eat in the tiny main area, so occupied a public lounge table. Staff was really lovely, which always gives additional bonus to any hospitality place.

Posizione ottima a ridosso del centro città. Struttura confortevole e ben tenuta, camere pulite e rifatte tutti i gg, colazione in prevalenza salata, ottima e abbondante, a noi è capitata una camera affacciata all'interno molto molto silenziosa.. Difetti: manca l'aria condizionata, a noi non è mancata perché il clima si è presentato mite, altrimenti.....manca una cassaforte e volendo fare i pignoli qualche canale in italiano e un frigo bar.... ma nel complesso la struttura è più che consigliabile.

Arriviamo molto presto a Krakow e siamo riusciti a lasciare le nostre borse la prima cosa del mattino per andare e esplorare. Posizione molto vicina alla vecchia città e una comoda passeggiata 5/10. La nostra prima notte non era grande a causa di altri ospiti che fanno un sacco di rumore. Abbiamo menzionato questo al mattino e siamo stati fortunati a trasferirci in una stanza diversa che era perfetta 😊il colazione era bella e variabile e io ero in luna per avere una salada greca una mattina! Forse è una buona idea etichettare un paio di piatti che non sono familiari con i britannici, perché mi piace provare diversi cibi ma sono venuto sconvolto con uno degli oggetti che erano molto pesci! Forse è colpa mia provare 🙃

La struttura è abbastanza nuova, appena oltre il ponte sulla Vistola. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera al IV piano, che non affacciava sulla strada ed è risultata estremamente silenziosa. La catena ha un formato piuttosto spartano, pensato per soggiorni piuttosto brevi, senza grandi bagagli. I letti sono regolari e comodi, il bagno è un po' piccolo e non c'è molto spazio per gli asciugamani (infatti la dotazione standard è solo di 2 teli doccia ed un tappetino di spugna), ma ne abbiamo richiesto uno aggiuntivo e ci è stato prontamente portato. La colazione, come sempre nell'Europa centro settentrionale, è quasi esclusivamente salata, ma con 4 diverse verdure fresche. Volendo c'è anche la possibilità del parcheggio interno a pagamento (ma costa di più che sulla strada sul retro, che è pure gratuito la domenica). Il personale della reception è sempre stato molto disponibile e gentile. Il WiFi è stabile e veloce.

Puro never disappoints. Modern, funky, convenient hotel. The one on Kazimierz is more spacious than the one in Old Town. Location is ok - walking distance to all Kazimierz attractions and 4 tram stops from Old Town Market Square. Also Puro is dog friendly. No additional charges and you can ask for dog bowls to be present in the hotel room. Highly recommended.
