Mały Kraków Aparthotel

La posizione è ottima. È molto vicino a Cracovia Glowny e anche il centro è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Solo il pavimento della stanza non era molto pulito. Per il resto, la piccola cucina è molto utile e alla reception c'è un distributore d'acqua dove potrete prendere acqua fresca.

Sarebbe un sacrilegio chiamarlo hotel perché non ha nulla a che fare con un hotel. È una sistemazione terribile che ha un solo lato positivo: si trova di fronte a un centro commerciale. Sono stato tre giorni senza di loro, una volta a pulire quella che chiamano una stanza che paragonerei alla tana di un topo. da tre giorni ho lo stesso asciugamano tutto il pavimento è molto sporco perché fuori c'è molta neve e la stanza si è riempita di fango eppure nessuno si è preoccupato di pulirlo. È il peggior hotel in cui sia mai stato in vita mia. la colazione la buttano in un sacchetto fuori dalla porta è composta da pane e pane e alla fine pane ma il prezzo che fanno è di 70 euro al giorno. È inaccettabile che facciano pagare così tanto per qualcosa di così orribile e sporco. con la coppia amichevole che alloggiava nella stanza accanto ci siamo lamentati del fatto che il letto era rotto e, se possibile, qualcuno della manutenzione lo avrebbe riparato. Indovina quale è stata la risposta?? mettere giù il materasso e dormire!!!! in quale paese danno una risposta così stupida??? il giorno successivo il letto non era stato riparato e abbiamo chiesto a un altro dipendente se c'era una stanza per cambiarsi. il dipendente ci ha gentilmente assegnato un'altra stanza ma sembra che abbia ricevuto un commento molto grosso dal suo manager perché ci hanno inviato un messaggio sul cellulare per tornare nella stanza che avevamo dall'inizio.. conclusione.. è un hotel orribile da prendere molto sul serio e se hai altra scelta da fare perché sai per certo che piangerai per i soldi che ti prenderanno.. Non ne vale la pena.. Il peggio... Spero che qualcuno che lo sia ritenuto responsabile legge questo messaggio e si vergogna

When we arrived here we were on the understanding that we would have had a fridge as it’s classed as self catering, we booked 2 rooms 1 double and 1 triple room none of the rooms had a fridge, there was a fridge in the lobby but was for staff only, but we had a kettle & 3 cups! The rooms were also very tiny you couldn’t swing a cat in there and they were very basic and not the cleanest, the beds were not comfortable and squeaked when you moved, the pillows were like cushions and felt like they were stuffed with old clothes! When we went over to the red bricks building to ask if we could have a room with a fridge they basically were not interested, they were not really helpful to their customers! We booked this through Jet2 so it wasn’t’ that cheap! Shame on you Jet2 yourneed to take this off your list of stays for customers as it is not a nice place to stay, we thought it may have been us but everybody we spoke to that we’re staying there said the same thing…..apart from that Krakow was very nice and we now know we could have got a hell of a nicer place for a lot cheaper….do not book in this aparthotel, look around we wish we did!

We were very disappointed with maly krakow Aparthotel. It was so basic and reminded us of student accommodation. The beds , pillows, duvets etc were well worn. There were dirty marks on the wall at the top of the beds. Shower tiles cracked and bathroom not clean. Not many kitchen utensils. Bins not emptied so we had to ask cleaner for plastic bin bags. No safe so had to carry passports with us which is not good ! The only good thing about it was its proximity to local attractions . We definitely wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel pleasantly surprised us with the convenience of the room. We needed a short rest, we got it with coffee and tea in the room. We are very grateful to the staff for checking us in earlier than the specified time! The room has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a shower The location is also very convenient - very close to the railway station, the old town and shops.

Brilliant place to stay. Cant say enough about this place. Warm, friendly, with cool water on tap in the hall. Nice bakery across the street, walking distance to everyone and the station. Staff are outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel.

Really lovely staff at reception. The room was small, but clean and nice bathroom. Overall the location was an excellent base for exploring the city. However we were put in room 1 which means your bed is feet away from the door where people are trying to get in to the building after a night out. Some guests were total a##holes. Even smashing glass outside before they went in. Impossible to sleep That’s all before the church bells next door start ringing at 6am. I’d stay there again but definitely not in room 1

The location was great, but when you are not able to get any rest, due to the condition of the mattress with its springs coming thru the mattress, not much else matters. Had to use a pillow under my back to cushion the effects of does horrible protruding springs.

nice and clean, close to everything. such as the mall and the rynek. very nice location for those who want to check in here. I will recommend this hotel for couples or families, it's okay for me. I always check in here every time I go to krakow.
