Very clean place. Very good and friendly service by Jakup and Ada. If I go back to krakow I will book the same place again.

Great place !

The fuse went off at around 10:40pm on the first night. There was no electricity for the kitchen and the living room. Called reception several times and no one picked up the phone. Emailed via ******* website and also messaged on whatsapp (had to use my own internet which costed me money because the wifi at the apar**ent was also down) and no response for more than half an hour. An hour later a staff came to visit but she had no clue what to do and was unable to solve the problem/ reset the tripped breaker. We bought food that we were unable to cook for and refrigerated due to the power cut of the living room and the kitchen. Had no water to drink because the kettle was not working. Had to walk in the dark in the living room and my mum nearly tripped over. The electricity problem was only fixed until the next morning. In addition, the wifi was extremely slow, most of the time was not working. Hot water only lasted for 15minutes, gone cold after one shower. Left our luggages at the reception for storage and the handbag was found opened upon return. Would be a great spot for you If you are prepared to walk 2 floors of stairs with your luggages!

We enjoyed our apar**ent in Krakow. Although it wasn't quite where it was described during our booking (3 minute walk west out of the old town from the main reception) it didnt impact on us. The flat itself felt secure, clean & was a nice place to spend time in. The instantly hot shower was very good. Also a security charge was held on my account that I wasnt told about in advance. So a few surprises on check in but nothing too major.

We stayed at the end of November and we were very disappointed. We were aware of the refundable deposit just in case there were any damages which was refunded the same day we checked out, which was good. We stayed in an apar**ent in Studencka Street a five minute walk from reception. Upon arriving we were disappointed because I can only describe the entrance and stairs leading to the apar**ent as a building site; dust, dirt and old doors propped up against walls. The apar**ent absolutely stunk of cigarettes this was mixed with the smell of what I believe to be air freshener it made me feel sick. I complained to reception asking to move immediately they were apologetic and asked me to go up to reception the next day, woke up the next day our clothes stunk of smoke although we tried our best to keep the majority in the suitcase to prevent this. I wasn’t happy due to fact we were on a short city break with pre booked tours etc we didn’t have time to walking up to reception all the time. we decided not waste our short time, grin and bare it and to be honest we couldn’t be sure we wouldn’t be put any where worse. The decor and furniture was dated and showing signs of age, the floors creaked a lot when walked on especially in the bedroom. Window barely opened in the bedroom which we needed to leave open when out to get rid of the smell of smoke, pillows so old the stuffing had clumped together. I couldn’t sleep at all with the old lumpy pillows, again I didn’t have time to be going to reception to complain. The floor was sticky at the side of my bed, cup stains on bedside table, towels not changed in the four nights we were there and no spares available. Run out of toilet roll had to buy our own. A WhatsApp number is provided to get in touch with reception however to then still need to go reception after contacting them, makes contacting on WhatsApp - pointless! I would not recommend staying here. I absolutely loved Krakow and the tours we did however it was tainted by this experience with the accommodation. It actually made my partner and I, grumpy through lack of sleep and disappoin**ent.

Before we even got there the communication was great and staff very friendly and helpful. The apar**ent was in a brilliant location and was amazing, we loved it. Clean and had everything we needed, would definitely stay here again.

Nice architecture and décor, kitchen and whirlpool style bathtub, nice backyard balcony, staff very efficient and enthusiastic, just a couple of blocks from the main market square and the museums

Apar**ent was large and airy with all the equipment you could need for a holiday stay. Very clean, centrally located and supermarket right across the road.
