È stato un soggiorno piacevole e mi sono trovato bene. La posizione è ottima rispetto alla zona della città, quindi è facile spostarsi.

Hotel pessimo, non ne vale la pena. Bagno minuscolo, letti duri e scomodi. Non ci tornerei più. Posizione normale.

Siamo stati per 4 notti per il mercatino di Natale e le visite turistiche. Le camere dell'hotel sono essenziali e datate ma molto accoglienti e pulite. Bar/ristorante pulito e moderno con personale cordiale e disponibile. Il personale della reception è eccellente per consigli e prenotazioni di viaggi. Ci tornerei se tornassi.

È un po' datato e ha bisogno di qualche ristrutturazione, ma nel complesso un hotel molto pulito e carino con un'ottima colazione. Non è situato in posizione centrale, ma a pochi chilometri dal centro per il prezzo, è imbattibile.

Came for 4 nights and it was great.. nice and warm..room clean.. linen and towels changed daily.. shower hot and strong.. bar/breakfast area bright and cozy.. staff were very welcoming and informative.. helped with booking trips and taxis... tram stop 2 mins away to old town (the no 8 and 10) breakfast wasnt the best but thats a personal choice others seemed happy enough.. would stay again

Me and my friend stayed here last week and we had no warm welcome and it said was great Western and it wasn't took ages to find and no street lights all dark rooms were dirty was only 2 members of staff that spoke had holes in the curtains only good things was WiFi and AC just wasnt a good experience unfortunately

The room was clean. The air conditioning was noisy.We only had 1 key to share .Limited seating at breakfast. The breakfast was tasty but lacked on choice. Staff very helpful and Excellent transport connections.The hotel reception and corridors very clean. Staff happy to organise day trips for us.Staff helpful giving information ,directions etc.

We recently stayed at Hotel Galicya, located on the outskirts of Kraków, and had an exceptional experience. The hotel was wonderfully clean and well-maintained, with the maids providing daily service and going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. One of the highlights was the amazing transport links to the city centre. The tram stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel, making it very easy and affordable to get around. We frequently used tram number 8, which was efficient and reliable. The breakfast at Hotel Galicya was another standout feature. Each morning offered a different selection of delicious options, ensuring we started our days on a positive note. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Galicya for anyone visiting Kraków. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Avoid because of school trips, with coach load of boisterous, noisy children. However staff are nice and helpful. Tram stop nearby convenient but can be noisy quite late at night and early morning. Breakfast is Ok but not great. Rooms very dated but clean.
