Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Krakow, lovely spacious rooms ,very clean with maid service daily .all the staff were extremely helpful
If I was going to nit pick is there was construction work outside which started early in the mornings

Stayed for 2 nights, upon arrival we found the air conditioning in our room did not work. The hotel staff would not move us into a new room, and did not have any additional fans for us to use. Our hotel room was around upwards of 29.5 degrees Celsius (85ish Fahrenheit) for the whole trip. To top it all off, around midnight on our 2nd night of our stay the ONE fan they provided to us stopped working… so we then had nothing. Way too hot to sleep comfortably.

Convenient to sites we wanted to visit, walkable to main areas with option of public transportation in immediate area. We had trouble communicating via ******* for a bit and the hotel actually called me to answer my questions. Anna was lovely and very considerate to reach out to confirm the shuttle was scheduled to pick us up at the airport. We had several issues with broken items in the room and they were addressed in a timely manner. The staff was great and always willing to help in any way - I liked them very much! Most communication was easy, all staff spoke English - more complex questions were sometimes a challenge but we managed to sort things out.

Stayed at the apartments for 4 nights in April. Lovely front of house staff on arrival and through our stay. We stayed in an apartment which was very smart and clean with all items you would need including toiletries. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was brilliant. It was a 10 minute walk through a lovely park to the main square or 3 pounds in an Uber which are readily available. I would suggest using Uber from and to the airport also as cheaper than arranged transfers. Over had a fab stay in Krakow and would definitely recommend these apartments

Absolutely beautiful hotel, very clean and staff were helpful at any time. Has everything you need around it and walkable to go sightseeing too. Would definitely stay here again!
