Hotel Ferreus Modern Art Deco

Absolutely a good hotel and good location. the only thing that bothered me was that the light from the TouchPad to control the room is always on.

Prendi un popcorn o una tazza di tè e siediti, perché non so come dirlo in breve. L'Hotel Ferreus è stato inaugurato nel settembre del '22, quindi durante il nostro soggiorno nel marzo del '23 avremmo potuto ancora sentire il profumo della novità. Abbiamo avuto un grande piacere di soggiornare in un appartamento al 4° piano con terrazza e vista sul Castello di Wawel. Il design degli interni è delizioso, siamo rimasti senza parole per un secondo subito dopo essere entrati nella stanza. Colori chiari, tessuti morbidi ma eleganti utilizzati ovunque rendono la stanza molto moderna, ma allo stesso tempo molto confortevole e accogliente. Ampio bagno con doccia e vasca da bagno enorme e da sogno. L'hotel stesso si trova a 8 minuti a piedi dal mercato principale, a 12 minuti dal fiume Vistola e dal Drago di Cracovia. In realtà è una posizione perfetta per tutte le direzioni possibili. La colazione era deliziosa con una buona varietà di scelta e il personale era incredibile. Ultimo ma non meno importante. Marcin, l'addetto alla reception, che ci ha fatto il check-in e il check-out: è, quello che io chiamo, un perfetto esempio di cosa sia veramente l'ospitalità. Gentile, sorridente, discreto, loquace e disponibile. Gli hotel in Polonia hanno bisogno di più albergatori come lui.

When you went to this hotel, the striking white and gold and black decor will make you feel like Fred and Ginger will waltz down the steps at any time. The room is the best hotel room I have ever had. You can read a book anywhere in the room. Electrical outlets and switches are especially well marked and placed. The bathroom is lovely, though it would be nice to have more space to put toiletries and more hooks to hang towels. Terrifically convenient to the old town. The pool is small and dimly lid and warm with several spa light features.

Krakow was the midpoint of our Poland adventure. This is where we splurged and I'm very pleased we did. Room was spotless with good amenities. Enjoyed the automation of the lighting and curtains. Especially the bathroom with what became "Mr toilet". I would recommend including breakfast with your reservation. I did not but ate there most mornings anyway as an extra. Very good variety of dishes and delicious. Reception was very helpful with any requests that we had although we didn't need much more than was already provided. Spa and sauna were fantastic although I wish they were open a bit later into the night. Highly recommended. You will not regret. Dziékuje!

From start to finish of our stay here I can only say it was amazing. The staff here are so accommodating they provided us with early check-in, late checkout and the morning we had to leave early before breakfast the provided us with two food bags containing sandwiches, fruit, cookies, yogurts, water and juice. The food at breakfast was outstanding, such a selection of cold meats fish and cheeses fresh fruit and vegetables a wonderful array of breads and flavoured butters, a couple of types of sausages, bacon, eggs etc.. The pool and spa where so relaxing and peaceful. The rooms are so spacious modern and clean. All in all we had a great stay here and the next time we visit krakow this will be our goto accommodation. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay pleasant.

Where to begin..... this hotel is amazing! The staff, the decor, the rooms, the spa, breakfast. It is perfectly situated to explore Krakow, which is beautiful. Everything in easy walking distance, except maybe the Oscar Schindler museum which was a bit of a trek but not an issue. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The Spa was quiet, clean and a lovely way to unwind after a busy day. So glad we stayed here and would not hesitate to return.

Wow super great experience fantastic Cousy room super comfortable bed high tech toilet ur gonna love it super fiendish staff they upgraded the room for free breakfast is superb wide choice nice bar we asked for a breakfast package since we have to leave early for a tour and it was ready by 5:30 in the morning nice staff

This hotel was amazing, situated slightly outside the main square (5 mins walk) it was a really modern hotel that had an amazing spa. I stayed for 3 nights and it was super comfortable. I used the spa just about every day and it was never overcrowded. The prices were reasonable although the breakfast was a little expensive in comparison to the local cafes. I would definitely recommend

I'm a self confessed 'Karen' so could complain about the slightest thing. However, this place really did deliver on all fronts. The location is just on the edge of the Old Town so it's quiet at night. The rooms are very modern, clean and well equipped with toilets that automatically open up on approach! The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. I enjoyed a lovely espresso martini at the bar that cost the equivalent of £5. If I could tweak anything it would be milk on the tea tray instead of powdered, and the bed not so firm. Personal preferences. I would definitely stay there again.
