La posizione dell'hotel è buona, puoi semplicemente andare a piedi alla spiaggia o noleggiare una moto, il che è molto scomodo. L'unica cosa che mi ha deluso di questo hotel è la PULIZIA! È lontana dall'essere accettabile. Non mi dispiace che la stanza sia vecchia, ma deve essere ben tenuta, ma questo posto è ridicolmente sporco! C'è odore di muffa ed è pieno di polvere. Le pulizie mancano di senso di qualità professionale e igiene e non ho più parole per dirlo. Non riesco a credere che questo posto superi le qualifiche di Wyndham. Molto deluso.

This hotel is from a bygone era. AC works great but all the other in room functions dare back to the 60s. Room has not been well maintained. Lost rusted out fixtures. Very worn down furniture. Don’t believe the pictures. Also don’t recommend the breakfast. It is teeming with ants. Very disappointed. Not 4 stars by any stretch of the imagination.

This hotel was our best choice. It has everything: big and clean swimming pool, cool gym, tidy rooms and welcome staff. The hotel is situated on the second line from the sea and it has everything around what tourist may be in need of. Next time gonna book this hotel again 🙏🙏♥️♥️🌸🌸🌸

The swing pool was dirty. All the shower knob was rusted and swiming pool was full of algae. Room service did not leave towel and asked for it but did not arrive until we checked out. Very very bad and room is full of mold and insects.

The whole hotel look like it needed to be remodeled. The pool was green with LG, the lobby. Attendant was nowhere to be found for quite some time, the floors in our room were dirty and Sandy.  I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This property requires a lot of maintenance. However, still much better than the closer Aonang Viva resort. Improve your breakfast, clean your pool, fi. Bathrooms, AC, install lifts and so many more things.

A complete rip off. Hotel condition is a total disaster. Swimming pool is totally out of bound though they have 1. From cracked main door to mosquito infested room and plaster bagworms all over the ceiling and wall in the room. Requested for room change but they rather you find another hotel to stay as the only reason they kept giving was no other available room. Pls stay away from this hotel at all cost. Such an unpleasant 2 nights stay at this so called 4 star hotel. Will never book anything from Ramada hotel anywhere in the world again. Never trust those +ve reviews for this hotel especially for Krabi. Period.

A disgrace to the name. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the front desk. All seemed well but the check in process was very loud and chaotic. The staff members were dealing with about 5 problems at once. We were early for check in so were told our room would be a wait. We were happy to go away and come back later. Once the room was ready, we were shown to our room by a member of staff. The lift was broken so we had to walk up to the second floor. Luckily for us we didn’t have big suitcases otherwise this would have been really inconvenient. The hallways were very dirty. Upon first looks of the room, it was nice and big with a huge balcony. But as our stay progressed we noticed the balcony doors didn’t lock and from our view we could see the pool was dirty. There was no hot water for our entire stay. Our room was ‘cleaned’ before our second night stay. The bed was hardly made, our towels were replaced with a dirty towel and the basic amenities were not replaced. I am surprised this place has Wyndham attached to their name. A totally awful stay.

No water in the toilet. Room not clean. Gas smell in the room. No toiletries provided. No key to the room. No lock inside the room. No water in the basin. No water in the shower. No water in jacuzzi.

Unfortunately, we couldn't tell whether the pool was in or out of commission, but if it is ready, it's huge and would be a great place to relax. The hotel itself is on a street with plenty of restaurants, massages and the usual Thai amenities. The room was large and clean, but you will need to keep an eye out for mosquitoes, but that goes without saying. Staff were efficient and friendly on the front desk, and other than checking in and out we had no need to deal with them at all. It's about a 10minute walk to the beach, or about 25 minutes to the start of the Monkey Trail. Good hotel for the price!

The room door didn’t lock so had to change rooms and leave everything in reception until they sorted the issue out. Room had no hot water, toilet kept getting blocked. Disgusting smell, Public toilets in the hotel are disgusting and dirty. Would not stay here again.

I like this hotel. Love it nice hotel in Krabi. Very recommended to traveller
