Had an excellent stay for a night, while we were on our way to Wayanad. Their service was amazing, given we were traveling with an infant. They helped prepare baby food, and also made us comfortable. Right from the reception to the restaurant everyone greets you with a smile.

Sto scrivendo la mia vera esperienza con il servizio dell'hotel. Oggi ho avuto una peggiore esperienza con l'alloggio in questo hotel. Ho già chiesto e prenotato la camera superiore valutata 3600/-and Ho ricevuto il check-in all'hotel a 12-8-2023 a 3:30 pm. Dipin KC (+91 73564 16333) mi ha aiutato durante il controllo in tempo. Il servizio del personale dell'hotel ai clienti è molto povero. Dopo l'ispezione, sono andato a pranzo al ristorante Gazania Mezbaan e ho aspettato più di un'ora per ottenere il mio cibo ordinato. Dopo di che sono andato in sala per fare il test e in quel momento non potevo riposare a causa delle canzoni di alto volume, dal momento che il partito DJ si stava svolgendo in sala e ci erano persone che erano ubriachi. Mi sono lamentato al personale di ricezione, ma non hanno risposto né preso alcuna azione da parte loro.E si sono comportati male. Ho deciso di andare a controllare l'hotel a causa della cattiva esperienza e del servizio che avevo chi non ha dato alcun valore ai clienti. Ho chiamato Dipin(+91 73564 16333) che ha detto che era il manager ma ha anche risposto in modo positivo e non ho trovato una soluzione al mio problema. Ho fatto il check-out all'hotel alle 8:30 e sono stati rimborsati solo 600/- che ho pagato 3600/- al momento del check-in.quando ho chiesto il pagamento al ricevitore chiamato Shibin , Ha detto che è la tassa .Sono stati pagati 3000/- per solo cinque ore e è stato check-out dall'hotel a causa della questione da parte loro. Questa è stata una peggiore esperienza per me e non hanno apprezzato i loro clienti. Non consigliare questo hotel a nessuno. Per favore, passate attraverso il mio commento se siete alla ricerca di una stanza in questo hotel.

Abbiamo prenotato 4 camere qui per una notte. L'hotel non è facilmente identificabile con quello che si trova vicino a negozi ricci attaccato a entrambi i lati. Nessun parcheggio. Il nostro veicolo è stato parcheggiato nella prossima pista. Le camere erano medie, i mobili non polverizzati da anni insieme. Le tende sembravano non essere state lavate o sostituite dal momento in cui l'hotel è stato istituito. L'ascensore è accessibile solo dal primo piano, quindi i cittadini più anziani o le persone con problemi di salute avrebbero certamente un momento difficile. Non parlare di vista, meglio non cercare di guardare fuori dalla finestra. I vantaggi sono nel centro della città, quindi se si visita per vedere, la maggior parte delle spiagge e forte è vicino. Buon ristorante vicino alla porta che fornisce servizio in camera e buon cibo. Lo consiglierei solo se non siete in camera tutto il giorno, tranne per il sonno notturno e la vicinanza a vari segni della città.

I had an excellent stay, the room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities I needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. Great staff, especially Sabin. He was very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also helped with arranging transportation and giving directions, etc. I also had lunch and dinner at their restaurant. All the curries and fish fry served with lunch I got were delicious. The service was amazing. The location is great- I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if I'm back in Calicut.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The room we stayed in, had been renovated and was neat and clean- so was the bathroom. We didn't opt for the buffet breakfast but did have a dosa each on the day we checked out- was ok and reasonably priced. The only negatives I found was a smell of cigarette smoke in our room - the room should have been aired properly while cleaning. Also I feel the hotel should keep bottles of mineral water rather that their old bottles of drinking water. The location is perfect for those visiting the city. I would deduct one star for the cons mentioned but it was overall a pleasant experience.

The property was excellent and well maintained. The staff were very warm and attentive. Would like to book again. The only slight glitch was in the breakfast rates. We had made a booking without breakfast. As per trip.com offer breakfast rate was Rs 450 per person to be paid at the hotel. But the actual rates were Rs 750 plus tax. So double check the rates with the reception before availing.
