Recentemente sono rimasto a casa di hotel dimora in calicut, e l'esperienza era solo buona. Il cibo era eccellente, ma le camere non erano fino a un standard 5-star. Le porte erano molto difficili da aprire, il ventilatore di scarico del bagno non funzionava bene, e la porta del vetro di doccia non si chiuse correttamente. Tuttavia, il letto e la camera erano puliti e tempestosi. Ho avuto problemi con il tempo di risposta del personale. Dopo un’ora di aspettare che si occupassero dei problemi nella prima stanza, dovevo andare alla ricezione e sollevare la mia voce, e mi hanno promesso un miglioramento, ma mi hanno dato un letto unico invece di un letto doppio, anche se ero con la mia famiglia. In generale, l'esperienza del personale era deludente, tranne per il personale del ristorante, che era grande e la cena era davvero buona.

Hi was good to stay at this hotel had convinient travel to reach out places not tried breakfast over here have access near by hotels available for my lunch and dinner options water bottle need to provide before we check in but they immediately reached on my request good place to stay

Sto scrivendo la mia vera esperienza con il servizio dell'hotel. Oggi ho avuto una peggiore esperienza con l'alloggio in questo hotel. Ho già chiesto e prenotato la camera superiore valutata 3600/-and Ho ricevuto il check-in all'hotel a 12-8-2023 a 3:30 pm. Dipin KC (+91 73564 16333) mi ha aiutato durante il controllo in tempo. Il servizio del personale dell'hotel ai clienti è molto povero. Dopo l'ispezione, sono andato a pranzo al ristorante Gazania Mezbaan e ho aspettato più di un'ora per ottenere il mio cibo ordinato. Dopo di che sono andato in sala per fare il test e in quel momento non potevo riposare a causa delle canzoni di alto volume, dal momento che il partito DJ si stava svolgendo in sala e ci erano persone che erano ubriachi. Mi sono lamentato al personale di ricezione, ma non hanno risposto né preso alcuna azione da parte loro.E si sono comportati male. Ho deciso di andare a controllare l'hotel a causa della cattiva esperienza e del servizio che avevo chi non ha dato alcun valore ai clienti. Ho chiamato Dipin(+91 73564 16333) che ha detto che era il manager ma ha anche risposto in modo positivo e non ho trovato una soluzione al mio problema. Ho fatto il check-out all'hotel alle 8:30 e sono stati rimborsati solo 600/- che ho pagato 3600/- al momento del check-in.quando ho chiesto il pagamento al ricevitore chiamato Shibin , Ha detto che è la tassa .Sono stati pagati 3000/- per solo cinque ore e è stato check-out dall'hotel a causa della questione da parte loro. Questa è stata una peggiore esperienza per me e non hanno apprezzato i loro clienti. Non consigliare questo hotel a nessuno. Per favore, passate attraverso il mio commento se siete alla ricerca di una stanza in questo hotel.

La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, proprio nel cuore di Calicut, per aiutare a muoversi intorno alla città e ai suoi luoghi di interesse. La stanza era ben spaziata, pulita e ben decorata, in modo da poter ottenere la miglior combinazione di comfort e lusso. Il letto era molto confortevole con buone strutture di qualità, in modo che si possa rilassarsi completamente durante il soggiorno. L'accento del mio soggiorno era il pranzo. Ci è un delizioso menu, con gusto locale e cucina internazionale. Ogni pasto era un piacere per i gusti, ben preparati con ingredienti freschi e presentati in modo attraente. Il loro buffet era semplicemente eccellente, con grande varietà per tutti i gusti.

Nice and spacious Room. Good service. Very hygienic toilets. Team maker in room. Bu No Sugar free sugar is there. I am checked in through Online. But at time of Hotel check in They want to fill form manually again. So online check-in is just a waste of time

Although, it doesn't have much facility, its quite an amazing place to stay and may be with family its not good to be there, but for two people its really good, it was our first experience at calicut we are not familiar with the place and people over there, the general manager has been assisted for everything

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The room we stayed in, had been renovated and was neat and clean- so was the bathroom. We didn't opt for the buffet breakfast but did have a dosa each on the day we checked out- was ok and reasonably priced. The only negatives I found was a smell of cigarette smoke in our room - the room should have been aired properly while cleaning. Also I feel the hotel should keep bottles of mineral water rather that their old bottles of drinking water. The location is perfect for those visiting the city. I would deduct one star for the cons mentioned but it was overall a pleasant experience.

Located on the bye pass, this is a good stop over for traveller's on the move. Food options exist right next door. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Staff were helpful and courteous. Loved the experience.
