Hotel was staying middle of the town, very poor hospitality. Complimentary breakfast was really good
rooms are old one full of dust and dirt on cot and side walls. Bathroom was average we need to contact them for water bottle towel and all. No dental kit found we will get so many other options in calicut with better facilities eg: keys, manuelsons malabar palace,

3 people stayed as booking. But they gave just one bottle of water as complimentary. When asked they were arguing. Nonsense hotel.

The experience was superb...food was good but a bit on the expensive side. The room service was excellent 👌. Room was a little bit smaller but served the purpose..overall a pleasant experience

Location was good but the amenities provided was very bad. We checked in at 6pm in the evening on 29th to a deluxe room with double occupancy. To our surprise found the bed sheets ask looking filthy and uncleaned. It was smelling moist. No room freshener was used to remove the stinc. Only one bath towel was provided with no hand towels and toilet tissue paper. No napkins or tissue papers were provided in the room. Telivision had no channels worth watching. I had to request for everything. It was a very bad experience and never will i recommend this place to anyone. Fortunately the room service and hose keeping was good. They provided is with the necessary stuff. Please escalate this issue to the hotel management without fail. Thank you. Vasantha mohandass

Toilet & washroom were not clean. Walls of the room were broken. Change the room, no towel and tv in that room.

The stay was good. Food is bit expensive but taste was good. Near to the city.

The service staff was excellent from the watchman to the bell boy to the manager especially Mr.Shyju and Mr. Muthu. The room was small but well maintained. The general cleanliness was good, but commode in the bathroom could have been cleaner. Had to ask for the brush and toothpaste. Suggestion is that a full length mirror in the room could have been good. Locker was not available in the room. Overall nice expereince especially if you are looking for a temporary stay.
