Hotel located near to Calicut railway station. Good hotel. But room size too small.

We received a room upgrade which was nice. The room was spacious although bathrooms are small. Hot water is readily available although they turn it off and you have to request it be put on. Bed was comfortable. Air con was not great. Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was ok. Staff were nice. Location was good

The room was shown on offer but the room was very small and a very small bed and the abience and cleanliness was not met.The room not even had a cieling fan anf only a wall fan that doesnt works properly and even the AC was not cooling and produces sound.They had given me two 10₹ worth very small water bottles and when i had checked out they had added 22₹ for 10₹ bottle and when i had said that they changed and told me to pay ₹11 for a bottle and they had said their is GST for a mrp laid product.Over hyped and runned by a bunch of dumped .

When we arrived, the room and washrooms were neat and cleaned prior check-in. But after the first impression, it got changed completely because o the number of cockroaches there. After sometimes, the room and washrooms were full of cockroaches and somehow managed for the night.
