Nice healing place in Tondano area… will come back here for sure if i visit Tondano again

what a wonderful place, i’ll never forget the experience here!

Big comfortable bed, good view from the second floor (but limited to the rooftop below if the booked room is on the first floor). There was no hot shower during two days visit and it didnt get improved until the end of the stay. I was promised by the reception that they will look at the problem but it didnt get solved. The breakfast is quite good, you can choose from many options. The hotel has a thermal swimming pool. The room and corridor design is great. But have in mind that there could be some renovation works during working hours. Ask in advance for the room further away from it.

Kamarnya selalu bersih, tempatnya cantik, Tapi kolamnya (yama onsen) kurang terawat

Hotel yang berada di pusat kota Tondano, dengan pemandangan sawah yang sejuk namun syg Onse yang menjadi andalan ( kolamnya kotor , sehingga air keruh seperti becek), terdapat beberapa ekor kecoa dalam kamar. Sisa makanan tamu kamar depan tidak diangkat sejak sore sampai keesokan harinya sehingga menimbulkan bau kurang sedap dan mengundang lalat, kecoa. Untuk pelayan direception ramah. Breakfast cukup bervariasi, terdapat burger nike ( ikan kecil seperti teri khas Tondano ).

혼자 여행가는 아빠를 위해서 예약한 호텔 아무래도 한국 여행자분이 많이없어서 숙소 리뷰라던지 정보가 많이 없는 곳이어서 구글리뷰를 통해서 숙소를 알아보다가 예약한곳 직원분들 한분한분 너무 친절하고 덕분에 아빠의 여행중 가장 행복한 최고의 순간인곳이었어요. 이름에 걸맞게 온천수로 이용해서 자연과 함께 어울러져있으며 최고의 서비스와 직원들의 친절함을 잊지못하면 하루하루 행복하게 아빠는 한국에서 다시 살고 있습니다. 언어가 통하지않아도 이렇게 방문하는 손님들께 좋은 추억을 남겨주신 야마 모든 직원분들께 너무 감사드립니다. 저도 기회가된다면 아빠와 함께 같이 방문하겠습니다.

makanan cukup enak fasilitas gym kurang

Amazing estate and beautiful fresh air combined with a nice onsen, gets my work done and relaxing too. Love all food menus, after a nice dip in the hot water you can get a fill with shabu or bbq, even the cheesesticks are nice too.... Very helpful and fast response staffs make it a lot better 👍👍👍👍👍

I stayed 2 days with my partner, feels like living in Japan. So fabulous. Moreover, the view and the staff are amazing. Elegant design and super staff and met the very friendly GM Mr. Rahmat. Congrats s. I will recommend to my friends, and it is suitable for honeymooners
