a very big hotel, nice beach view but cannot swim, golf cart to ferry customer around the places

Excellent property..we always were in doubt whether to go for leela or taj. Property wise taj is best, has both backwaters and beach coverage. Family friendly, good hospitality, took care of our kids completely. Mr. Vinpugal was very helpful.

overall experience was fine. got the experience of natural habitat but the plants and trees were not maintained. They would have looked better if trimmed optimally . view from balcony was limited, lot of humidity inspite of dry weather. Breakfast could have more variety .

This well maintained property is surrounded by awesome nature. It has a charming a**osphere. We especially enjoyed the pools and the view. Big thanks to Shadab and the whole Taj Green team for giving us the best experience. Definitely recommend!

Right from the arrival lounge we could feel the positive vibes of the overall ambience and service ...we enjoyed every bit of our stay, as we travelled with kids and elder parents our special thanks to house keeping staff as they honestly and proactively supported us at every moment to keep us comfortable (each one of them deserves special appreciation - please do pass our sincere Thanks to them). We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities (buggy service, high tea, cycling, hotel cab service, boating, walking through the gardens, in room dinning, wave front!) and appreciate the efforts from staff & ***agement responsible to keep it top notch. It was a pleasure interacting with Mr Shadab and for the warm welcome & Mr Venpugal has been the great support through out the stay and prompt attention whenever required ...also Thanks to Jasmine, Ram and Ali at front desk for the support and setting up professional standards. Thanks everyone for making the trip memorable, keep setting up the high standards!!!

A charming delightful hotel full of exotic greenery and the most hospitable staff, delicious food and the perfect getaway for rest and recuperation. Taj hospitality at it's best. Nice to have a complimentary high tea service every evening . The Bait is a lovely restaurant overlooking the Arabian sea with delicious food.Excellent pizzas and The sea food sampler is a must do .Theres a taxi stand right outside the hotel . Also a beautiful temple at 2 minutes walk.

Thank you to the entire team at Taj Kovalam ! Form the security guard at the gate , Mr.Ali who helped us check in, Mr. Raj who took care of us at the restaurant, chef Mayur who assisted me with my dietary requirements and last but not least Mr.Khan who was such a pleasure to talk to and made sure we had a memorable stay, each and every single team member we interacted with(***y more of whom I forget the names of )- my family and I truly felt welcomed to the property. I interacted with a handful of team members and every single team member unequivocally said they were happy and proud to work for the Taj, it genuinely filled our hearts with joy to hear that ! Most importantly, not a single team member asked of a Google review or to mention their name in the review. That is what I believe is true service and hospitality. Although our stay was for only one night, It was a true privilege to have been served by the team at Taj Kovalam; from the bottom of our hearts my family and I thank you for making our stay memorable. We will definitely be back :)

Had the best time at Taj Green Cove with my wife and kids.. I have stayed at ***y Taj Properties and the service and tajness has always been impeccable but the service and hospitality at Green Cove is at another level all together. From the security guards at the entrance all the way to the top the service and warmth we got was out of this world. Special thanks to Vinugopal, Sreejith, Anant (F&B), Clinton (Service), Munish (Chef), Shadab and to the main *** Suku for all the surprises and making our stay very memorable. Will definitely go back soon.
