Samudratheeram Beach Resort

Cheap food quality.Provided us with used bed rolls,room completely full of fowl smell,bathroom continously smelled as flush was partially dis-functional.Big white rats noticeable in the restaurant,cockroaches seen in the room.

I was staying in this hotel for 2 days and on day one we saw 2 🦎 lizard / Chipkali. And when we complaint they said we were carrying it with us in our bag. Washroom is also not good. I slept on the 3rs bed but it was very very UNCOMFORTABLE. But we adjusted and supported them but on the 2nd day we again found lizard 🦎. I highly not recommend this hotel for staying.

I checked in on 17-1-23, booking confirmation was ocean view deluxe room but they gave me the ordinary room - which was having bad smell, untidy room, dirty bedsheets, AC, TV were not working, bathroom was stinking. When I talked to receptionist to change the room then he very rudely said there is no other room … I requested to make me talk to his ***ager but he rudely kept saying only one thing - there is no room there is no room available. even the ***ager (some mid aged fellow) was worst in attitude - he was yelling on me despite of their mistake. I feel cheated - the worst experience, worst hotel and worst staff. They spoilt my day (anniversary day). I immediately checked out and with me some other guests too did it - still that guy was indifferent to the situation. Never ever prefer this hotel if you want to save your money , mood and day. Even jail might be better than this hotel.

Ants in the room fowl smell all over the room .low on hygiene .don't go .take other hotels nearby. Worst experience of hotel till now .Towels were stinking . Lift facility was there upto three floors resturant was on fifth floor . Definitely need renovation and pest service urgently.

Extremely terrible hotel , cockroaches in the room and rats in restaurant. The staff is very unprofessional. Can't even take a simple order right. The pool is very dirty. The food is very unhygienic. The bedsheets and pillow cover's in the room were not washed in a decade and there were small hair on it. Dont even think about the food it is very bad. There is a weird smell of oil in the food. It is very disgusting place. The odor in the hotel is very bad. It's not worth 3 star. It doesn't deserve a single one. It is a very irresponsible work from the staff and the ***ager's side. If I would be asked to live here for free, I wouldn't even do that. Please do not go here for the sake of your own health.

It is in a beautiful location on the cliff looking out over the Arabian Sea. Very clean surroundings and rooms. Food is too good to be true. All the staff are well ***nered My lasting impression was the exceptional service.

Location for the hotel is good. But it is like an ordinary lodge/hotel. Nothing like a resort. Food was OK but not adequate. Staffs were reluctant to add curry which was finished. Cleanliness was OK. We had high hopes hearing the name of the hotel from our travel agent,but it was not that good.

My stay at this resort was awesome. Room and washroom were neat, clean and hygienic. Beach view from the room was amazing. Thanks to the Hotel staffs they were very cooperative and helpful. Food was delicious here,I really enjoyed my stay here, and also thanks to my agent(Feel India Tours and Travels) for booking my stay here, want to visit again.
