Hotel Vazhiyoram Mundakayam

I had a worst experience on this accommodation, the room was spacious but an old one. They haven’t even changed the bedsheet, i could find lots of hairs and dust on the bedsheet. There was no phone in the room to contact the room service. They don’t even provide drinking water in the room. They provided a local bedsheet as blanket and it was a dusty one, there were noone in the reception for contact regarding this matter. I faced allergic issues due to this stay.

The property is very conveniently located. Room was clean and comfortable. We had buffet breakfast, which was quite good. Staff were courteous.

Good hotel for stay and location is enroute to sabarimala food is fantastic, especially vegetarian. Staffs are very friendly and my experience will be real worth for money

I have been to several other KTDC restaurants and had very good experience, which made me try Vazhiyorm at Mundakayam. Never again! The vegetarian buffet was OK; nothing to rave about or complain. However, these guys should be ashamed of selling a paper thin fish fry for three hundred rupees. The papadam served with the lunch beat the thickness of the fish fry. Three days later after we had lunch there, we still wonder how one could slice a fish so thin that it warped after frying. Moreover, it had no spices, Unbelievable! In short, I strongly suggest you to find a better place than Vazhyoram.
