申し分ないロケーションと必要最低限のアメニティで、安く個室に泊まりたい人には最適だと思います。注意点としては以下の通り。
・チェックイン時にリネン類が届いていない（夕方届けてくれたのでなければ申告すればOK）
・シャワーカーテンがなくバスマットはないためトイレが水浸しになる
・0時まで下の階のバーでは爆音で音楽がかかっており室内もクラブ状態
・階段が急で狭いのでキャリーバックの運搬はかなり厳しい
ただし、身軽な1泊旅行で夜遅くまで観光に出かけて部屋で寝るだけ！という場合にはかなり便利だと思いました。チェックアウトが遅めで、正教会からも徒歩1分。スタッフの方も皆さんフレンドリーです。用途に合えばオススメ。
