"Old hotel. The amenities are ok. TV remote not working despite change of batteries.
The lift card is supposed to be secured to your accomodation but one can access all levels without using the key card to gain access. So is it secured?"

"The room is clean and neat, water heater reduced temperature after 10 minutes of shower. Wifi was decent. Room quite small if you take the room with no window but no problem if you’re ok with it, wall is not soundproof. I can hear the room beside me talk."

"Non pensavo ci fosse un hotel circondato da una grande piantagione di olio di palma ... un luogo tranquillo lontano dalla rabbia e dalla bustina della città.fornire cabine che vendano cibo per facilitare il soggiorno mentre aspettano che i bambini si bagnino nella piscina. molto ragionevole prezzo. spaziosa e pulita. spaziosa zona di parcheggio. tornerà a dirlo agli amici."

No. 2 category might/may smoking in the room. But I really do not recommend it and please ask the receptionist before check in. And you might have to add additional cost for upgrading.
Other than that, ok with budget accommodations.."

UUtente ospiteLa camera con vista mare è superba. La camera, il letto king size e il bagno sono molto grandi e puliti. Dal balcone si gode di una splendida vista sul mare e sul cielo, al tramonto e all'alba. A circa 3-5 minuti a piedi si trovano le 2 splendide piscine e la spiaggia. C'è anche un servizio navetta per l'Adventure Waterpark. La colazione a buffet è superba, con molta varietà. Negli altri 2 ristoranti il cibo è ottimo e i prezzi sono ragionevoli. È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole e rilassante! Torneremo sicuramente :)

• Comfortable rooms: Clean, modern, and spacious. Rock-inspired decor adds a fun touch.
• Friendly staff: Warm and helpful service throughout.
• Kids-friendly activities: From the pool to guitar rentals, lots to keep them entertained.
👎 What could be better:
• Breakfast variety: Decent but could use more local options.
• Elevators can be slow during peak hours.
• Limited food options in walking distance unless you head into the waterpark or drive out.

The staff were courteous and attentive to our needs. They were always smiling and greeting us, no matter what time it is.
The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with all modern amenities. The gym, sauna and swimming pool were working well. The gym has good machines.
Housekeeping was awesome and catered to all my requests.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet environment ensured a restful sleep.
We had a breakfast buffet and it was delicious with a lot of variety.
The location was not too bad —walking distance to a mall, restaurants and shops.
There was a shuttle bus service to the beach and we took it.
The reception staff also helped us with taxi service to JB town and were very helpful with our queries about Desaru.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking quality, comfort, and excellent service!

UUtente anonimoLa stanza è vecchia, ma è necessaria una grande riparazione. Abbiamo visto un scimmia nella nostra zona d'ingresso del blocco D, poi c'è un grande insetto che si trova sulla tenda della sala dopo aver controllato. Mi morsi l'insecto quando cercavo di catturarlo e il dito cominciò a dolorarlo, il personale della casa l'ha visto e l'ha chiamata immediatamente per un team medico per appendere una crema sulla scarpa, e il personale mi ha detto se peggiorasse più tardi, Chiamerà la ricezione e mi farà visitare una clinica, che è responsabile dall'hotel.
Il buon lato è l’hotel dispone di un vasto spazio con una buona miscela di strutture, anche un mini zoo vicino alla ricezione. Il ristorante di alimenti per la notte serve alimenti per la notte e altri piatti.
Quello che non ci piace è l'ubicazione dell'ascensore che non ogni entrata del blocco viene con un ascensore, solo una certa posizione che devi esplorare sulla mappa. Il pavimento è confuso anche a seconda del tetto che si usa, perché il terreno non è nemmeno che farà differire il livello della vostra stanza tra i diversi ascensori. Voglio dire, è la mia prima volta che incontro uno scenario simile. Un po' speciale. In qualche modo, la struttura dell'hotel ricorda il mio ostello universitario.
In generale è un soggiorno ok per le nostre famiglie.

la marca parla per se stessa. La stanza è grande e il letto è comodo. La pressione dell'acqua per la doccia è magnifica. La distribuzione del buffet di colazione ha molte scelte. Mi piace l'atmosfera e quanto bene pianificato la zona di spiaggia Desaru.

JJacintha88During my stay, I encountered several issues that made the experience less enjoyable than expected.
1. **Air Conditioning Problems** – The air conditioning did not cool effectively, even when set to 16°C. Despite adjusting the settings, the room remained uncomfortably warm, which affected sleep quality and overall comfort.
2. **Inconvenient Seaview Room Design** – One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for a Seaview experience. However, every time we opened the balcony sliding door, the air conditioning automatically shut off. While this might be an energy-saving measure, it was frustrating to deal with. Each time we returned inside, we had to manually restart the air conditioning, disrupting our relaxation.
3. **Unpleasant Basement Parking** – The basement parking had a strong, unpleasant odor, making it uncomfortable to walk through. Additionally, the overall atmosphere was eerie and unsettling, which might not be ideal for guests arriving late at night.
4. **Location Concerns** – The hotel is located next to an abandoned building, which negatively impacts the surroundings. The parking area is shared, which may lead to congestion or security concerns. The presence of the abandoned structure further adds to the feeling of neglect in the area.

FFHANISOverall, my family and i are satisfied with the room and the service provided by the staff. I came during normal days, so not many other rooms was occupied, so if you like a very quiet stay, pls consider this place. It's environment like a secluded terrace resort once you come in, but from the outside there are quite few places to go. Nearby attractions are a lot to explore, nearby sea was like 15 mins drive. Food-wise, you can find nearby warung/restaurants and also aesthetic cafe (yard&co) if you fancy one. Only, if you come with elderly with knee/walking problems, consider to request for the lower level room, because the stairs are quite high. Overall, recommended.
