1) Tovaglioli stinky
2) Ci sono disturbi acustici da altri occupanti (prima mattina, 4.50 a.m.) forse bevuto.
3) Le foglie e le foglie non sono cambiate (ci sono tinture di sangue, forse sangue di mosquito).

The receptionist wasn’t friendly at all. I have been to the hotel for few times. First time, I thought maybe only the specific receptionist want not friendly. But for the second and third time, all the receptionist was not friendly enough. Otherwise the hotel is good and the room is nice. The cleanliness was good too. Thank you.

Non pensavo ci fosse un hotel circondato da una grande piantagione di olio di palma ... un luogo tranquillo lontano dalla rabbia e dalla bustina della città.fornire cabine che vendano cibo per facilitare il soggiorno mentre aspettano che i bambini si bagnino nella piscina. molto ragionevole prezzo. spaziosa e pulita. spaziosa zona di parcheggio. tornerà a dirlo agli amici.

UUtente ospiteWe had a fantastic stay at The Westin Desaru! The hotel’s impeccable service made our experience truly enjoyable from start to finish. We spent our time cycling around the area, taking in the beautiful coastal views, and later cooled off with a relaxing swim in the pool. The hotel also had great recreational options—we had fun playing ping pong and unwinding after. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious spread with plenty of variety. Overall, a wonderful getaway with excellent amenities and top-notch hospitality. Would definitely return!

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è situato nel bel quartiere del resort. Le opzioni alimentari all'interno dell'hotel sono limitate. Il personale di servizio presso il bar piscina è stato buono.
La pulizia della stanza non è fino a standard. Stinture sul pavimento che non possono essere pulite, cabina è polverosa e tintura di olio sullo specchio in bagno. Se avete bambini, è buono come il resort è collegato al parco acquatico o altri andare a Westin lungo la strada
FYI, Hotel ci ha prelevato MYR30 per rompere una tazza. Penso che sia parte e parte delle operazioni per queste a rompere e siamo a buon diritto a pagare, ma MYR30 per una tazza di caffè non marcata è rapina.

Cleanliness of the whole resort.
We also love the beach, picking seashells, the bath salts and soaps provided, and the beginner birdwatching activity. Guide was knowledgeable, kind and helpful.
What we didn’t like:
Not sheltered carpark
Quite pricey to pay for an extra child
Hard to go out into room balcony because of the flies, mosquitoes and lizards outside. We didn’t want them in the room.
Overall a superb experience. Do try!

UUtente ospiteGreat service from the staff! Security guard was also attentive and assisted to direct us to an empty lot when the carpark was full. Will be great if balcony has a drying rack to hang wet swimwear. Breakfast was good with varieties. Convenient location near shops & eateries.

TthewanderlustThe place was well maintained and cleaned. The food was good. The facilities inside were great for family. Just that it was too overly crowded. The check in process took almost 2 hours. We felt like we were at the government agency counter while waiting for the number to be called. It was not a good experience considering the amount of money we paid to book here. Everywhere inside also was super crowded. The waterpark was so full of people it felt anxious to be there. Too bad we could not get the access to the beach probably because of the monsoon season. Overall, we preferred Lotus Seaview rather than here.

HHamimahStaff at the front desk just okay. We booking for king bed but I believe it was just a queen size bedroom since we request for ground level as im pregnant. No lift provided. The interior was not very nice. The basic appliances were provided but the fridge is not functioning(not so cool) and not much space to set our foods and baby bottles etc.,. The worst was the smell from the sink (smells comes from the sewage) and need to open the exhaust fan all day long. Even i put soap the smell wont come off the smells comes from the drainage. It was bad i almost thrown up when opening the toilet door. I would not recommend staying here during monsoon seasons because we were not able to walk along the beach (the tide was high). The only thing i love were the environment of this resort (its so relaxing outside of the room) and the breakfast was superb. For dinner we went outside and eat at warung tepi futsal and the food were bad. The price almost the same as JB (quite pricey) even though JB still can get lower price.the staff at the pool counter was not friendly. His nails were so long and dirty . Not even smile at us. And answer our question smirkingly because we forgot our towel card.

UUtente anonimoThis is our second visit as a family to Sand and Sandals. The resort is nice and quiet, with a peaceful beach. The eateries are also quiet and peaceful - they have Western, local, Japanese, and Chinese food. There is also a small cafe. The service staff and reception are friendly and helpful. The room is big with a large shower and comfy beds, and soap, shampoo aee provided. The hotel breakfast buffet spread is large with a good selection of food, and it is constantly replenished. Overall, an excellent place if you want a quiet getaway, to chill and laze around without crowds. Transfer to and from the ferry terminal was also smooth. We would return again for a relaxing trip.

The hotel's location was able to exploring the sea breeze and near places of attraction The facilities such as spa, restaurant and parking was great, but check-in was delayed for 3 hours. Overall, it was an enjoyable and comfortable stay in the Amerald Resort Hotel Desaru.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite che era spaziosa con una cucina ben attrezzata.
Era una stagione bassa.
Questo è probabilmente il motivo per cui il bar sulla spiaggia non è aperto e il servizio in camera funziona solo fino alle 2:00!
Il ristorante di cibo marino vicino era buono.
In generale è un buon soggiorno.
