Hotel in zona City Center, Kota Kinabalu

The hotel’s place is pretty nice, can see the wonderful ocean and sunset view when I stand in front of the window. I love the chair which is placed in front the window. The chair is comfortable, and can read a book or watch the TV or see the outside scene. The room is pretty great for me. There is a mini bar in the living room, they provide coffee machine there. I do really enjoy it!

La posizione è perfetta, 5 minuti a piedi al mercato del cibo marino, e 2 minuti a piedi al SHTAC TACTICAL STORE, 10 minuti a piedi alla strada Jalan. È ben attrezzata con piscina, camera funzionale e lavanderia. collega finestra per avere un pezzo di vista del mare

Room is good and comfy. Location is good. Next to seafood paradise and shopping malls. Staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Il servizio e il posto erano davvero fantastici. Tutto era così tranquillo e il personale era molto accogliente e utile. Posizione saggio, molto strategico e mi sono girato perché mi sentivo come se tutto fosse a passeggiata. Mentre si accede, si ottiene anche succo complimentare.

Nice place to stay but some of the rule might ruin your mood. One of my friend was stayed during promo Rm244 ( Balcony Room) and extra charged Rm50 per night for sofa bed which is provided in the room such a ridiculous !!! So be alert of using extra sofa bed This is my experienced during stayed here. 1. Receptionist are not friendly not even smile at you such a DIVA. Hahahahahah 2. Check -in 2.00 afternoon with strictly rule 3. Asking for deposit RM250 and will be refund after 7 to 14 days !!! È stato un posto meraviglioso per stare con una famiglia di 5. Il posto è bello e pulito. Il letto è comodo. Ospite anche utile e ci permettono di controllare in 4 ore prima del check-in normale in tempo. Questo è il primo appartamento che offre un buon servizio. Grazie per un soggiorno così meraviglioso. Fammi fiorire il tuo business. 🎊

Our stay would have been much more comfortable if there were no red ants in the room. What's disappointing was the reception claimed that we brought the ants with us simply because we had brought fruits when in fact the ants were discovered upon us checking in as I saw a few on my bed when I placed my bag on it. They refused to allow us to change room because of the high occupancy. The hotel should have been more diligent in their housekeeping instead of accusing us and then supplying us with a can of spray to remedy the situation which the reception thought could fix the problem but ending up stinking the entire room for the whole evening. That created another problem since the windows couldn't be opened so we had to bear with the aerosol stench throughout the night.

L'hotel è molto strategico, vicino alle famose attrazioni, ristoranti e centri di KK città e hanno anche un desk front 24h che è un enorme bonus, la camera è buona in generale, ma il riscaldamento d'acqua è un po' instabile e ha qualche volta di potenza-trip

Our stay at Sutera Bay by Pinstay + was extremely pleasant. The atmosphere, view and cleanliness were at a high level. It would be nice if there was soap at the sink in the bathroom so guests might use it after coming in from the street. All the workers were very friendly, but we would particularly like to mention the receptionist Lin who was exceedingly professional and friendly, she got out of the way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
