We stayed 2 nights at ACJ residences on the 18-21/03/2024. We are very impressed with the service and room. There is no reception but they WhatsApp you before you arrive and give clear instructions with follow up. Room is very clean and have everything. Only thing is you need to climb stairs up to 3rd level but we are ok as used to climbing stairs back home too. We were gratefully given early check in and late check out too. Overall good location and room. Recommended!

Such a hidden gem, way out of our expectation. The room is very clean with great amenities. The staffs are friendly and considerate. Main communication via Whatsapp but the staffs respond very swiftly even at night. Location wise is amazing, walking distance to Gaya Street and KK Waterfront. The hotel is surrounded by eateries and convenience stores. Highly recommend!!!

the room was clean and excellent. When we entered the room, we were excited and felt very relaxed at the same time. and the staffs were very friendly and always help us a lot.

Really helpful owners and very nice room. Bed was comfy, AC was perfect, TV service was great and room was overall quite clean. Was a really nice place to stay after a very long travel.
