An old hotel tuck behind a mall in a central area. Easy access to Waterfront centre for food and drinks. Convenient store are within easy reach. Simple breakfast and clean room. However, Rooms are located along long corridors with minimal privacy and voices can be clearly heard. I left my cap in the room after checkout. Emailed and surprisingly, got a pretty fast response from Ms Annie, senior room reservation staff. She said that she will check the postal/courier cost to send it back and will revert. 2 weeks have passed and no news from her despite many email reminders. From being impressed with this 3 star hotel turns to very disappointing service. It would otherwise have been a very satisfying stay at this price point and a 5 star rating but it is not to be. Hope to get a response soonest

Klagan Hotel is the option for those who are seeking a good price but spacious room and strategic location. The only lacking there is the room view is not really good. All in all, it’s absolutely a very comfortable hotel to accommodate

I got big room with bath tub and happy with early check in around 12pm. I will come back to check in here again.

I stayed in Klagan for the second time. My first was back in 2020 before the pandemic C19 happened. I was surprised that The Klagan Hotel is well maintained for my second visit. Impressed me much. Overall the hotel gave me complete happiness. Personal view, i will recommend this hotel to my family & friends if they come to KK. The reason you might consider choosing this hotel is because the location is perfect! It's near the Waterfront, Pasar Filipino & Todak Food Stall to eat fresh seafood. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

Good stay here. Walking distance to Philipine market. Surround with many facilities. Have lot of parking at level 3 and 4. Manage to get room with sea view. Worth it☺️

besttt near mall n easy to hunt for food during midnight and very nice sea view

We arrived at 8.00pm. Checked in and was given a room that has occupants in it. Was shocked to open the door and saw a bag in the room. Luckily the guest was not in the room After we went back to the reception and the receptionist gave us another room. The room that we got on 10th floor, the glass windows is frosted and blocked the view!!! We ordered room service, the food arrived an hour and 20 mins later. Luckily the food we ordered tasted good .

Location was great.comfy bed n pillows. But the room o was assigned too seems like having issues with air conditioning. It was so hot and the temperature cannot be adjusted. Will hardly consider this hotel again

Food is good at gaya street but what is near from klagan hotel becones a tiring walk due to the heat wave that blast the temperaturte up to 38 degrees facilities is so so for klagan but locartion is superb. surrounding area very run down and dirty. centre point sabah is very hot inside which feels like almost no aircon at all.

Reasonable price. The rooms are spacious. Staff also very friendly. Breakfast also very nice. Worth stay.

Good location, I can see beautiful sea from the window. Breakfast is not good

We booked 3 deluxe rooms. One of the room had a roll away bed as there were 3 persons in that room. The rooms are spacious and pleasantly done up. A big red chair stood out beautifully in the room. The river view is beautiful.
