Abbiamo trascorso una notte a Kota Kinabalu con questo fornitore prima della nostra escursione al Monte Kinabalu. Purtroppo, siamo stati ingiustamente accusati di aver preso due dei loro asciugamani. La direzione ha trattenuto RM300 del nostro deposito per asciugamani chiaramente usurati e ci ha chiesto di riconsegnare i bagagli, già pronti per l'escursione. Nonostante avessimo spiegato dettagliatamente dove ognuno di noi avesse lasciato gli asciugamani, il proprietario ha insistito sul fatto che l'errore fosse da parte nostra. Siamo persino arrivati ​​al punto di disfare e rimettere a posto tutta la nostra attrezzatura da trekking sul Monte Kinabalu solo per ricontrollare, solo per avere la conferma di ciò che già sapevamo: non avevamo preso nulla. Alla fine, mentre eravamo già in cima al Monte Kinabalu, gli asciugamani mancanti sono comparsi misteriosamente sulla soglia del nostro appartamento. Tuttavia, il proprietario non ha offerto alcuna scusa o riconoscimento. Non ho foto dell'appartamento, né dell'asciugamano, ma eccoci qui quando l'asciugamano è comparso misteriosamente davanti al loro appartamento. Esperienza molto deludente.

The price not worth the stay. Unit is dirty and dusty. I sweep the floor myself and send the pictures to the owner and they arrange to clean it again the next day. SOFA in the living room is so smelly. Will NOT COME BACK FOR THIS AGAIN.

An exceptional 2 nights in this kid room, clean, tidy and spacious. We looked for sliding bed which combined playground and bed into one, my kids loved it so much. I would love to see washing machine in my room, we can clean clothes and dry under sunshine at balcony easily. Location was convenient when we left, only took 10 mins to airport, and around 15-20 mins to Gaya market. Swimming pool at 11th floor offered excellent view for Kota Kinabalu and regular aeroplane arrival and departure, especially at night. Note that swimming pool closed at 8pm.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with. The pool was great — perfect for relaxing. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay!”

Parking is easy.u don't have to go around looking for car parking.Beautiful view from rooftop n swimming pool.their staff really helpfull.thank you very much🫶 *may need to prepare a mop to wipe the wet floor in the kitchen (if the floor is wet after washing the dishes)🫶✌️

The house is big but the amenities no provide. The cleanness not very clean. But can see the the mountain from the room.

Great location with peaceful environment, clean and beautiful home.

Close to the airport, you can see the Tanjung Aru beach from the balcony , has a swimming pool with a view

Parking is available for 1 car, cleanliness of the place can be improved, overall not bad as we only stayed for a night

The room smells really bad like rubbish was left in the unit for long time? Or maybe is the ikan masin smell. We had to open the window wide for 1 hour but the smell didnt go away. Alerted the PIC and asked them to send air freshener. Feels like they didn’t do thorough cleaning. The bathroom light bulb obviously needs changing. When we turned it on, it was dancing like disco for some time. Also, when we came back from dinner, the power tripped, we tried calling the PIC but no one picked up. We then figured out 1 switch was to be turned off and power came back again. Not a pleasant stay, wont book with them again.

Overall is good. Will come back again. Just abit disappointed is my room was not facing Seaview.

- Think wisely before u choose this homestay - Deposit too high, get ready to transfer RM300 - Too many house rules/condition will be send to u after u make payment and contact the owner of this homestay.. if can get refund, id rather get refund than proceed to stay here.. - really not recommended for family with kids, have to be extra extra careful because if u make any mistakes, they will charge u .. - they even ask us to throw the garbage in garbage room 🙄, but we refused to do so.. see their attitude? - my holiday turned 👎🏻👎🏻 - i have stayed in many hotels and homestays all around Malaysia.. this is the worst one

It was ok, the location is not close to city so it’s hard to get food and they don’t have a store close by. overall it’s ok if you’re just looking for a stay.
