Rallentino Hotel, Kota: A Nightmarish Abyss of Unprofessionalism, Deprivation, and Customer Disregard – A Stay We Wouldn't Wish Our stay at Rallentino Hotel in Kota was an absolute disaster. The staff displayed an appalling level of unprofessionalism and rudeness, making our experience unbearable from the start. The room was devoid of even the most basic amenities—no toiletries, no hot water, and an absence of in-room comforts like tea or coffee. Despite charging a hefty for a two-night stay, the hotel failed to provide morning tea, forcing us to seek it elsewhere. The breakfast fiasco was a comedy of errors, with the kitchen conveniently closing at 10 AM on the first day and the chef mysteriously absent on the second, leading to a denial of breakfast both times. The staff's nonchalant attitude towards our complaints and requests highlighted a shocking lack of customer service. Rallentino Hotel is, without a doubt, one of the worst establishments we've ever had the misfortune of staying in.

unclean rooms, asking extra money for checking in and also for cleaning the mattress cover. The staff is polite but the manager is not.

The stay was awesome the staff is police the room was clean and hygienic room service is quick and hassle free it was a gite pleasant stay at the hotel. 5

Whenever i am going to kota then i will choose rallentino hotel. Because the staff's behaviour is very good. It's near the railway station. Few improvements required for room cleaning. Room floors are dirty so please keep them clean and otherwise everything is good.

the hotel isn't 3 star level property as it mentions. Its just a remnant of an earlier 3 star property. The furniture and structure is like a 3 star hotel but the cleanliness, hygiene and service are like a local oyo room. there are stains on sheets, chair and also tables. the toilet seat is not clean from the inside. doors are broken. Theres no place to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom. Water gets collected on the floor while bathing. If you are paying more than 1500 don't, its not worth more than that.

Nice room cleaning and staff behaviour. Hotels are near by railway station so it's convenient to go railway station

It was a pathetic stay room was in terrible condition. There were cockroaches inside the side tables, compartments, ac was not working. Bedsheets and towels were very dirty. Room key was not available, room was dirty. Will not recommend anyone for this hotel.

Food service has no time punchality also no breakfast service on customers time. Hotel need more maintance, room and furniture is dirty
