Room is rs. 799 price and very small and you charged rs 1300 above. It's unfare. His nenu showing paneer pratha is rs. 80 but charged rs. 160 for two paratha, and menu does not show 1 or 2 paratha. Unfare trade practice adopted by hotel. Poor experience.

Luxury deluxe rooms are standard size rooms, deluxe rooms are small. Bathrooms are very small and less maintained. A bit costly for the services offered but overall average experience

Bad management, no support for early check-in, had to pay almost 1 day charge for some hours of early check-in rooms are pathetic
mosquitoes and dirty bedsheets only good thing food was decent.

The room is not good no hygiene. The room is not good no hygiene in the hotel the jar in which they serving water is not clean and if we order mineral water then they give duplicate bottle with there hotel name so it's worse. Even there is no place for keeping luggage
