Very disgusting experience this time in spite of being an old visitor at the hotel.
Very poor cleanliness of bathroom .
A/c was very disturbing in the night, so had to switch it off.
In spite of informing the hotel reception for 30 min early breakfast, no service available.. so couldn't have breakfast for which the money was paid.

Damaged electric appliances, i. E. Ac, fan, tv, light. Poor interaction with customers. No tolerance at all in early check in or late check out, you have to pay extra if you do so.

Good hotel excellent room and hotel neat & clean staff is very friendaly breakfast is very tasty I am regular stay in premier hotel Kota near by bus stand chopati. Pramila ji nature is very polite and nicely attended …………………………………::::………..//

Good and Supurb budget room, location was kool and facilities are good to the mark. One should book this hotel for their pleasure and plesent stay. Price is also good and in budget so all over its a nice deal hotel. Rooms were also cleaned & location was in mid of city. Food quality is good in the budget. So thank you staff is very friendly mis pramila

Good hotel excellent room and hotel neat & clean staff is very friendaly breakfast is very tasty I am regular stay in premier hotel Kota near by bus stand chopati. 24 hour transporation available. 1 . 24 hour cold and hot water 2 . Ac proper cooling 3. Smart. Tv 4. 24 hour wifi available 5 24 hour safty gard 6. Professional and friendaly coperative staff

I was stayed in past that time it was good hotel but due to time spending due to maintenance it’s not good choice right now.
