Environment is very good. Breakfast is nice. Check-In and Check-Out process is quick and easy. Room is tidy and clean. Recommended.

My first time booking hotel at Kelantan, and its really great. The room is superb. Swimming pool and the cafe was great.They have variety of food, and of course some local choices like nasi kerabu and kuih muih. It just the parking was not spacious, and some room that we got into, The hotel combines modern luxury with rich Malay cultural elements, offering a unique experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, catering to both business and leisure travelers.

Bathing towels look like a floor mat - light dark. Shower room does not have tooth brush and comb Shower liquid is dual uses- not a good quality shampoo and body wash Room does not provide any slipper for use on the cold tile floor Breakfast is plain basic bread butter, noodle,...salad and coffee and tea. The Toilet paper holder has never cleaned before ...I guessed so dirty Good location to access the china town.

Amo davvero l'hotel, semplice e pulito, il personale è bello, la camera è molto conveniente per un hotel di bilancio. Sicuramente verrà di nuovo la prossima volta, oh ya, la posizione è così strategica che è in passar wakaf che yeh. Facile di accedere al cibo e shopping

Le camere sono eccellenti con stile moderno. Molto facile da controllare. Tutto è eccellente.

The door for the shared bathroom cannot be locked and can be potentially invaded by the tenant of another room that is using the same bathroom. When we attempted to give feedback to the hotel owner, nothing was done. When the next door is rented out to other customers, we warned them about the bathroom lock. The hotel worker then abruptly force us to change room. Mind the phrase I used, ”abruptly force”, they didn't just ”offered” us to change room, they rudely forced us to switch to a lower-priced room which we didn't agreed at last. I had been to this hotel several times and it was all good, thus it is always my first choice to stay in Kubang Kerian. But after this experience, I will never go back to this place. Ever.
